I just bought a second hand vehicle with a Napa battery (date on battery was 2021). It doesn't seem like it's holding a charge. I called a Napa and they had advised me that it's best to bring it in to get it tested. He said they preferred that it's out of the vehicle. I advised that is the vehicle that I will be driving there and was told that is fine in this case. I ended up at this location instead because it was closer. Spoke to a fellow by the name of John, very rude and definitely should not be in customer service. I told him the situation and he said nope, it's policy it must be out. Which is fine if one person didn't get the policy right, but he was very rude about it, did not offer any solutions. I even ask to borrow a tool to take it out. A 10 mm wrench would work, he said nope even though someone at Napa has told me that I could bring it as is before I did. Then I did his job and asked him well can I buy a 10 mm wrench, he passed me one at which point I thought about it and me being petty I rather not give Napa the business. I drove home and back with my socket set. Horrible service from John. I did however receive fantastic service from a older gentleman when I got back, which unfortunately I didn't get his name (as I was still upset from the extra half hour drive back and forth) He tested my battery and even offered to throw it on the charger for me and offered me different solutions. Because of John, I know I won't be shopping there, but good to know there is still some people that care about their jobs and providing proper service, I wish I did ask for his name to give him proper recognition!

I bought brakes and pads from Napa just over a year ago. Recently I started to feel high vibrations when I press on the brakes. This is not normal at all even after 1 year specially that most my drive is on highways. I did send the car to be checked at Toyota dealership in Calgary. They confirmed that the vibration issue is from the rotor that I purchased from Napa a year ago. The rotors and the pads were installed properly last year. They also checked other issues with the car that can cause the vibration and they didn't find anything.Napa’s position is that this would not be any product defect for which warranty might apply. I believe that the quality of the rotor and that pads that Napa sold me last year should not be sold by a reputable name like Napa. There is a reason why I bought these parts from Napa because of the reputation that Napa sell quality and safe products which is proven now that is not true. Don’t buy parts from there assuming that you will get good products.Further to your comment below stating that you are sorry and you want to do your best to provide great client experience, I would like to confirm that I did contact your customer support many times and the issue was escalated to your VP. There was no resolution from Napa side at all. Please note that 3 certified mechanics including Toyota dealership in Calgary confirmed that the parts sold from Napa are very poor quality.

Well I’m not one to post reviews but after today’s experience I had to write this. I’ve been searching all over the city for a small nut for my suv side mirror, I called this morning to this Napa location with a great employee who told me to come on in and he will help me find the piece needed. I arrived around 12pm, no other customers just me. I approached the desk to meet an older man who seemed alittle grouchy.. no hello, smile, anything! I explained how I needed help and spoke to someone earlier. He pointed to a display and said “go look” .. In shock I asked well do you mind helping me please?Looking frustrated with me he huffed and brought me over to the display saying nope we don’t have that piece. I asked if he could take a look and said again that I spoke to a gentleman earlier on the phone.Nope he wouldn’t help me, wouldn’t even give advice on where to look nothing. Shame on Napa … this man just cost them a bunch of big clients.

I have been coming to this NAPA on and off as my car has dictated and have always had a great experience. Recently I came in looking for a few parts and was helped by a gentlemen named Alex. He was extremely helpful and very friendly. He managed to help find one of the parts I was looking for and further was able to point me in the direction of where to locate a part I needed that NAPA unfortunately didn't carry at the time. Additionally he provided a referral for an auto service garage to help with a fix I required (to which they offered me a discount in comparison to other local rates for service).I really appreciate the work you do over there Alex and Crew!

I was searching for a few very hard to find parts that I ultimately had to order online from a specialty company. However, Shane went above and beyond, exhausting every avenue, wring emails to outside suppliers, phone calls back and forth, you name it. Outside of forging the piece for me, he did everything humanly possible and this wasn’t even an expensive part. The team here genuinely cares. I cannot recommend them enough.

In and out in under 5 minutes to get a replacement light bulb. The staff member was very helpful, located what I needed and reminded me to check the bulb before opening the package in case an exchange or return was necessary.

Best customer service ever. I went into the store and looked at the coolant special which was visible from outside the store. A young gentleman with a smile came to greet me and asked if i needed anything. I asked if it was long-life coolant, the gentleman took the time to look up the ingredients and confirmed it was. He even looked up the radiator capacity for my car. He found me a box too. I asked for transmission crush washers, he found a couple of options for me, and let me see them and pick. I asked for OEM paint, he remembered the sister store’s phone number off the top of his head. At the end he even offered to carry out my purchases for me. I regretted i did not asked for his name to thank him properly.

100% agree with other reviews. This is the worst place ever interms of customer service. They really excel and try their best to make sure customers leave UNHAPPY. I wonder how come they still work there? I will never visit other NAPA.

Never has parts in stock and when they do they charge multiples of the cost you'd expect. I've gone here a dozen times this summer continuing to hope that THIS TIME they'll have something I want. No. And the most recent time they actually told me if I want parts for my Toyota I should go to the Toyota dealer. "Auto Parts" is in their name - if they can't provide that then find a new name. I'm done - I'll only go here if I've exhausted every other option.
