Absolutely amazing place. We are from out of town and Had a much needed emergency repair. They were able to get our truck in right away and they repaired it. We also received a detailed report of future recommended repairs and they washed the truck before pick up! I would go here every time. And Thanks again L.a.d’.s Auto. Will never forget the kindness you showed us today.

I love these folks. I have a '79 GMC Van that I struggled to find a shop for. No one seems to know how to work on these older vehicles anymore, but LADS didn't even hesitate. They got me booked in, worked with me to figure out a repair schedule, and did incredible work at a fair price. I couldn't be happier with the service or the people. I highly recommend them!

Do not bring your vehicle to LADDS
The owners daughter COURTNEY is Nasty!
Bought new winter tires for my car. Four months after I purchased the 4 new tires the left rear suffered a puncture in the sidewall. I brought the tire back to LADDS, they would not give me a deal on a replacement tire infact COURTNEY was insisting that I purchase 4 new tires. Her reasoning was that the tread ware on the other tires
( less than 4 months old) would make driving my vehicle unsafe with the 1 brand new tire! I am not making this up. When I DIDN’T follow COURTNEY’S advice she became rude and belligerent… NASTY! I took them 4 days to receive my new tire and when my vehicle was ready, I was told that they were too busy to come and pick me up and that I would need to call a taxi. They have 2 people coming n staff to pickup customers but because I didn’t follow COURTNEY’S advice and buy 4 new tires… I was treated like a piece of garbage… Customer service ??
Clip joint… They'll rip you off so quick it’ll make your head spin. And do your self a favour…. Stay Away from the owners NASTY daughter

If you want the same job done 3 times in 3 months. And pay for it. This is you place. They can't do alyments. Fuel filters. Glow plugs.

To add more. One of the 5 things they did was a fuel filter. That is now leaking. And making me lose prime.
Not a good place to go.
Took my truck there. Gave the green light to fix everything. Get an alignment. Steering wheel not straight pulls the the right. One month later. Both front tires are bald on the inside. Live on a farm so every were is a long drive. Buy another 2 tires. Sit at there shop for 7 hours. And now pulls to the left. Not fixed don't go there. For front end work.
Reply. Yes I did miss. The one appointment. By a week. Correct. Why would I drive 3 hours. Round trip. To a place. That is not capable of fixing it the first two time.s Coming a 3rd time and spending more money .
The business model of throwing gasoline on a fire. May work well for you. And I understand why you guys are so busy. If you continue to charge the customer every time you make a mistake.And get them to come back continuously.Seems like ,you could do quite well

Got an alignment. Was such a bad job. Had to go back . It distroyed 2 tires . Now it pulls to the left.
