After a shady experience at a large dealership, I was very happy to find exactly what I was looking for at New Western. The price was right, the vehicle was exactly as described and Ivaney was a fantastic liaison between the bank and me. They were professional and pleasant to work with and I ended up with the perfect car for me. I would definitely deal with this company again. Highly recommend.

I had a terrible experience with this car dealership. Not only did they fail to deliver the vehicle I had put a deposit on, but they also refused to refund my deposit money. It's incredibly frustrating to lose my hard-earned money due to their incompetence and lack of professionalism. I would strongly advise against doing any business with this dealership unless you're willing to risk losing your money with nothing to show for it."

I would rather walk barefoot on broken glass than buy a car from this dealership. The staff is rude, they didn’t refund deposited money on car, and the vehicles they sell are nothing but junk and lie about vehicle they were selling as they paint the car . Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!"Worst dealership i visited in my entire life

Bought my first car from them - way over priced and the inspection must have been false because i needed to replace both my battery & spark plugs not only a week into owning which i had to pay the fixes for myself. Also they literally put two different sizes of winter tires on the car and at least one wheel was backwards? This was a few years ago so i’m hoping i’m remembering that correctly . They fully took advantage of a 16 year old girl and i hope they actually loose any other possible teenage drivers because it was like inhumane at that point

I bought a vehicle from them recently and had multiple bad experiences.When I test drove the vehicle, it was covered in snow (it was a snowy/slushy day), so I missed some big scratches on the vehicle exterior. I was generally happy with the test drive, so I decided to purchase the car. However when I came to pick up the vehicle with the cheque in hand, I noticed the scratches (multiple) and asked them why didn't disclose it to me. Their response was "You didn't ask about it." What annoyed me is that they knew about the scratches, but didn't properly disclose the information to me. They told me that it would only cost $250 or so to fix it, so at the time I let it go. I recently asked for a few quotes for repair and it's costing significantly more.I then recently went in to their shop to have some paint protection film installed. The installer however scratched up the paint in a couple of places during the install. I am certain of this because I had closely examined the car earlier due to the above mentioned scratch issue and those scratches weren't there. When I contacted them with this complaint, they only said that they'll look in to it and never got back. This is the shoddiest install job I've seen, almost seemed like the guy was not even interested in doing it properly.I rarely ever post negative reviews for businesses but I feel it is deserved here. I bought an expensive vehicle from them and they behaved terribly. It's too bad. My advice is don't buy a vehicle from them. However if you do, then go with an entire checklist of questions, so they can't throw a "You never asked" line back at you.
