I took my vehicle to North Hill for an out of province vehicle inspection. The inspection was done quickly and the work that needed to be done to pass was carried out the same day, so there were no delays in getting the vehicle registered. The staff are all very friendly and pleasant to deal with.

Very pleased with the service from North Hill Auto. Jennifer at the front desk was excellent at communicating with me, explaining all of the issues that were occurring to someone who knows little about cars, and the repair costs were very transparent. The technician who worked on my vehicle provided excellent detail on the issues and what was recommended to fix them. I'm happy to have found an honest repair shop that I can rely on!

A little bit on the pricey side , but they do their job and they do it well . They identified the problem immediately and made recommendations . Also , great if you have an Ama card it will give you discounts 5% off on this location and Ama bucks ….Sweeet ?

Very nice and professional staff. The receptionists are helpful and fast.
I liked getting the report for my car online and with picture proof of problems etc. It helped me to feel reassured that I wasn't getting scammed into spending more than I needed to.
As a women, I felt good about going here for auto repairs.

The staff were friendly and listened well to my concerns. No concern was too small. They checked the vehicle thoroughly and spotted problems I didn't see. I am very pleased with the results.

The mechanical service on our van was very disappointing as they were recommended to us and generally have good ratings. But one item we chose not to fix this time came back in worse shape than when we brought it in, an item that didn’t need to be replaced was quoted much too high, and after pickup I found a number of screws lying on the ground in the van, with no idea if they were left over or should be screwed in somewhere.
It was our first time and I’m sad to say it will be our last, as the people we talked to from administration were very kind, clear, helpful and responded very quickly; zero complaints there. And the web based system they use to share issues they found is also very helpful, providing pictures of each issue and an urgency rating.
