I bought a brand new cx-5 from North Hill Mazda and was not disappointed. They were knowledgeable with the vehicle they, showed options that worked with my budget, and were not persistent in me buying right away. Thank you Mae for making the process not stressful at all. Highly recommend
Bought another Mazda in Sept 2024. Shin helped us along the way and was thorough and friendly. No question in mind that we will come back when time comes.

I came in to replace the battery in the car key and was met with a warm welcome from Alex and his service team. A simple yet tricky procedure, Alex changed the battery with precise skill and efficient speed, which made my visit a short but pleasant one. Thank you Alex and team--please keep up the great work!

So I was in need of a car quickly . I had been to a few other dealerships. Literally all 3 dealerships I went to I felt accosted and cornered . In 2 of the dealerships I went to they already had me in front of the manager within minutes . At one point it was 4 on 1 . I felt completely inundated and pressured.
I took a few days off . Then reset and went to North hill Mazda I really needed a car. From beginning to end it felt natural , easy and completely normal. My family now shops there my daughters and my partner.
The brand is excellent ( never owned before now) but how they approached the situation was the difference it felt so easy and natural. I’m not a review guy and usually only do so when pushed by my partner.
This one came naturally. Highly recommend the people at North Hill Mazda. In Particular David Sosa and Eric

I recently had a very disappointing experience with North Hill Mazda in Calgary, despite having a great sales rep, Makayla, who was polite and professional throughout my time dealing with the dealership. She did her best to assist me, and I really appreciate her efforts.
However, the rest of the dealership’s conduct was incredibly unprofessional. I was supposed to pick up a 2025 Mazda 3 GS-L AWD, but the car had scratches on it. Since I was leasing the vehicle, I requested a letter confirming that I would not be held liable for the pre-existing damage. The letter they provided was on plain paper, without a dealership letterhead or any clear identifier, and they refused to add a proper signature, stamp, or dealership seal. When I asked for these basic professional details, they rudely dismissed my concerns and said, "No one has stamps or seals these days."
The finance manager was even worse. She ran two credit checks on me without my consent, and when I questioned her, she gave me conflicting excuses and tried to downplay the situation. When I asked them to fix their mistake with TransUnion, they refused to take any responsibility. This left a negative mark on my credit report, and the dealership offered no solution or accountability.
Ultimately, I had to cancel the deal and walk away due to their arrogant and disrespectful behavior. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone based on my experience, even though Makayla, my sales rep, was wonderful to work with.

This was my son's first car buying experience and so we, as his parents, went along. It was frustrating, stressful, full of errors and delays. The salesperson Ramiro made promises then reneged, had poor communication, made many errors in paperwork, and promised services that were "forgotten" until we asked for work orders etc, delayed the purchase unnecessarily and even tried to blame my son for delays and mistakes he made! When trying to tell the sales manager of our frustration with the process he wouldn't listen, cut us off and was angry and rude even though we never raised our voices and the strongest language we used was to say how frustrating the process had been. One of the worst experiences we have ever had. Unfortunately our son was young, tired of looking for a car and had his heart set on this vehicle.
Update: the windshield was initially promised to be replaced then we were told there was just a chip and they would fill it. It ended up being 3 cracks which they said they filled but now have all spread. DON’T TRUST THEM!

I recently bought a CX-30 GT Turbo from North Hill Mazda and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Joe was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely committed to finding the right vehicle for me. He patiently answered all my questions and worked with me to get a deal that suited my budget. Joe never rushed me or made me feel pressured. For a personalized and enjoyable car buying experience, North Hill Mazda is a great place to go!!

I bought my cx5 at Stoney Trail mazda, but have been coming to northhill for service for the past few years, as it is closer to my work... Service department front desk always helpful and courteous, service has been done well, with no issues and the shuttle works well. New online booking system also nice.

North Hill Mazda made for a really positive buying experience. Ramiro was knowledgeable on the car, Friendly, not pushy and the negotiation was straightforward and transparent. Quite refreshing after visiting other dealerships (other brands) and not having a positive experience. I would definitely recommend Ramiro and North Hill Mazda for their transparency and fairness. The car itself has been exceeding expectations (CX90 PHEV).
