Sent my car in for a service and used the free concierge pick up and drop off they offer. From the minute I made the apt until the minute I received my car back everything was handled quick and efficiently. Everyone was extremely professional and lovely to talk too. Brittany ensured I was upto date on arrival & drop off of my car and any issues regarding the service were dealt with promptly and I was notified on everything along the way. The drivers that collected and delivered my car were also very friendly and I would 100% recommend using their concierge service to anyone considering it.

This is a very content customer of North Star Ford who is very excited to own a brand new Ford F-150.
From my initial interaction to the date of delivery, my experience has been nothing less than exceptional.
Sodhi is very hospitable, welcoming, transparent and kept me in the loop throughout the process.
He is approachable and honest with his answers and doesn't try to push a sales pitch down your throat..
Which is a breath of fresh air.
He helped us get a great deal on our new truck and accommodated our requests by building a customized truck to our requirements.
Delivery day was smooth and without any hiccups. We were in great hands with Anna, the financial manager who walked us through all the documents we were signing while answering our questions. And then the delivery was completed by Sodhi who walked us through the features of the truck.
All in all, the best experience I could have asked for! Highly recommend buying or leasing through North Star Ford.

Bought a used car from North Star Ford and negotiated a good deal. The sales guy was a little pushy and I found that the truck latch was crocked after I bought the vehicle.
After you agree on a price with a non certified pre-owned the sales manager tries to sell you on warranty.
Remember that NSF keeps the car for like a week between when you talk to this sales manager trying to sell you warranty and when the car is delivered.
Parts department recently hooked me up with a battery at a good price so 3 stars.
Hours attached to the review because for some reason the hours on Google are incorrect.

I bought my Explorer from here, and while the buying experience was very nice, servicing the vehicle was totally opposite. I only went there for 3 warranty related visits and each time I had to go twice as they have no parts on stock. None of the visits were great, but the last one was really disappointing. For my last visit I reported 3 issues ( 2 of them being safety related): one related to the brakes overheating and pulsating, one related to a leaky shock and one related to rattle on the front end. For all of these I was told it's normal (vehicle has 40K on it). When reporting my concern with the service received, I received one follow up from service manager and upon my detailed reply of my concerns I never heard back from him again. I went to another Ford dealer that properly diagnosed and fixed all 3 issues within 1 day, including replacing a number of parts causing these. I would not service my car there again unless you want to have your time wasted or throw money away if you are not covered by warranty.

My experience with North Star Ford was amazing!! Lucas & Greg went above and beyond to find me exactly what I was looking for. The whole team was friendly from beginning to end and my new Bronco is perfect. I can’t say enough about the amazing service and products offered by North Star Ford. Lucas was so good at going over all the details and really made the whole experience exciting for the family. Would highly recommend them to anyone searching for the right vehicle. I was not pushed into anything or made to feel uncomfortable if I didn’t want to take extra services.
