Edit: Well, more than a week has went by and still no follow up from Northwest or Acura. Trading the pos in on a Lexus today. After 25 years, time to try a different manufacturer.
Another disappointing service (invoice 330201) with Acura. My wife brought her 2020 MDX in for the following;
Front Seat Lumber creaking and making popping noises while driving. The mechanic pushed the adjustment buttons and said it all works fine without addressing the issue. This is a known problem with the ASpec front seats, and the car has had the Lumber supports replaced at 30k at Red Deer Acura. Mechanic didn't even take the seat back(s) off to diagnose. Asked them to check the outside right seat in the mid row for rattling when driving. They came back saying that the seat rails need to be replaced, which is not covered under warranty. Quoted $2200 to replace the seat rails. Got a second opinion, and the rattling is actually coming from the reclining mechanism where the seat back joins the seat bottom and is NOT related to the seat rails.. To add insult to injury, they charged her $165 for this diagnosis, but they didn't diagnose anything. Asked them to check for a metallic engine rattle on a cold start, which happens every morning. They said they couldn't hear a noise. Work order states there are no outstanding recalls. Recall search on Acura's website shows there is a possible problem with the engine crank bearings and abnormal. Metallic noises is a symptom. Hmmm, I wonder if this is where the cold start engine rattling is coming from?? They fixed a rock chip under her Acura Plus warranty. Now, there is a protruding bump that leaves a streak when the wiper passes over it. There goes her new wiper. They recommended a Wheel Alignment ($149), which was done 5k ago with new tires installed. They recommended a GDI Fuel System Cleaning ($295), which is not listed as a scheduled service by Acura, and any respectable technician knows that this is not advised. They recommended replacing the Engine Air Filter, which was changed 10k ago and is still in perfect condition. Assistant manager, Matt Biesbroek, texted her to ask how her service appointment went, and she told him about these concerns above. She got goasted. No call back. No text reply.. it's either Acura Service is incompetent or greedy, or they just don't care about Acura owners. Maybe it's all of the above? 70,000 kms on the car. Its falling apart. And Acura won't do their part. What a joke.

I had a very bad experience with the service department. A few months ago, I booked an engine, transmission, and differential fluids replacement and was offered a free multi-point diagnostic, which probably never happened, as I never received a report. Not a big deal, but even the price I paid was higher than the estimate I was given by email.
Then, a few weeks ago, I booked a diagnostic, which cost me almost $200, because of a buzzing noise coming from somewhere on the right side.
The service department diagnosed that the rear right wheel bearing hub required replacement and that's where the noise was coming from.
I replaced it myself because it was too expensive for me to have done at the service center, but the noise did not go away.
This means it was diagnosed incorrectly.
Now I need to spend extra money to figure out what's going on, but I will definitely not be coming back to this service center.
Nice vehicle, but bad service.

I had a great experience at Northwest Acura! Nicole from Sales was incredibly helpful and very personable. She listened to what I was looking for and showed me a few options that fit my budget and needs. She was easygoing, didn’t rush me, and made the whole process enjoyable.
Andy, the Finance Manager, was great too. He walked me through the different financing options, explained everything clearly, and worked to get me a deal that I was comfortable with. The paperwork was a breeze, and I felt like everything was handled smoothly.
I also had a quick visit with the Service Department for a small adjustment, and they were super quick and friendly.
All in all, I’d definitely recommend Northwest Acura to anyone looking for a car. They’ve got a great team, and they really made the whole experience easy and stress-free!

Nicole was our sales Lady. She was very knowledgeable and made the experience fun and efficient. She went above and beyond giving us updates on our vehicle as it was getting all the extra’s done. If you want outstanding customer service without the pressure to purchase come see her! Also, I would like to mention Andy in financing was awesome!

Worst Customer Service. I went there to get my tires swapped. When i booked the appointment they quoted one price and during my appointment they changed the price. When i asked the client adviser Lettisia Walker to explain the additional charges. When i asked her to explain the charges, she started blaming me saying, i was rude. She had no clue what the charges were for and to cover up she claimed that i was rude since showed to the appointment and Then her colleague joined her and pressured me to apologise to her. To avoid worsening the situation, i accepted the charges and signed the paper. After 5 minutes and their service manager Jimmy Yargeau showed and asked me to leave their place without service. He didn't bother asking for explanation and did not listtrb to what i had to say. If you not willing to provide the service, close your doors. I spent 76K to buy a new at this dealership this may, and with this service, i will avoid them like plague. If you want to get valued go to Silverhill Acura, they offer10000 times better service and price than these people. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYONE. ESPECIALLY THOSE CLUELESS CLIENT ADVISER LETTISIA AND THE MANAGER JIMMY YARGEAU ARE THE WORST.

Rafi provided exceptional customer service and we came to an agreement really quick. He kept in contact to ensure that car was up to standards and went above and beyond. The team at Acura took care of me and even provided a complimentary inspection 2 weeks after purchasing the vehicle when I noticed some minor issues, though they ended up disregarding some of those issues which was not the best. They were timely, and made me feel like a cared for customer.

My experience shopping for a used car here was quite disappointing. I wanted to take the car to a third-party mechanic to ensure I was making an informed decision. This is a standard practice for anyone being diligent about their purchase.
Unfortunately, there were warning signs + issues with the transmission that became apparent during the inspection, which ultimately led to me not proceeding with the deal. When I reached out to the dealership to discuss this, I was met with condescension and disrespect, both towards me and the third-party mechanics I had consulted. It was disheartening to feel like our concerns were being dismissed so callously.
The sales personnel were exceptionally rude, and it was clear that they only valued customers when a deal was on the table. This sort of treatment is unacceptable and far from the professionalism one would expect when making a significant purchase.
My advice to anyone considering this dealership is to steer clear and make the extra effort to visit Silverhill Acura instead. There, you'll find a team that treats customers with the respect and courtesy they deserve throughout the entire sales and financing process.
Avoid James the salesman at all cost. The guy is a complete tool basket.
