“I had fabulous customer service at Greengate Garden Centres last week. I phoned ahead to confirm the plant I wanted was available. When I arrived Julie was in the Trees and Shrubs area and helped me choose 2 plants. What a super positive lady! She found me an appropriate trolly and took the plants to the desk while I shopped a little longer. I found a lovely Yucca, a plant my husband has wanted recently. The lady who helped me was also very kind and helpful and carried my plant to the till.
Then a delightful young man carefully put my three large plants into my car. From my phone call with Julie to the young man my experience was Five Star.
The store itself is lovely too with lots of interesting garden ornaments.

“We received great advice on what kind of tree to buy, and learned a lot about trees in the process, especially about what kinds of trees do well here in Southern Alberta.
We bought a relatively large tree (in a caliper) so had Stewart install it for us. The process was efficient and professional, with no damage to the rest of the yard, and the staff were friendly and courteous.
The tree is now in its second season in our yard and is thriving and beautiful. It was a great choice for the location, thanks to the helpful and patient pre-sales process.
We will go straight to Stewart for any future tree purchases.”
