During my recent visit to your gas station, I had an extremely disappointing experience with one of your representatives. Their behavior was shockingly rude and completely lacked professionalism and basic customer service ethics.
Instead of being helpful and respectful, the representative’s attitude came across as dismissive and uncaring. They showed no concern for addressing my needs or making the interaction a pleasant one. This lack of courtesy and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your establishment.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and address the situation appropriately. Providing proper training in customer service and ethical behavior would go a long way in improving the experience for future customers.
