  Zero.. a very bad experience I had in Old Navy Southcentre Mall November 16 Sunday past 1pm. Me and my son came to the store to look for christmas sweaters. Not even 5-10 mins in the store while my son was trying on a sweater, there were 3 or 4 associates swarming towards us. Very threatening. Even if they are saying hi I know that there main reason was to check if we were stealing. Is this racial profiling? Because we just came in 5-10mins in the store first sweater my son was trying on in the floor and they were already thinking we are stealing? I know the drill coz I worked in retail half of my life . But I am just so frustrated. We just basically came in and already couple of associates looking at us. You can check cameras . Your associates and the manager Celia needs proper training on how to look for thief because if they mislabeled anyone chances are they are driving the right customers away just like me . 5 mins in the store! Can you imagine our experience? I cant even properly express how I felt. But one thing is for sure your Associates know so well how to judge people maybe based on their race.. Very racist and judgmental

  I'm very satisfied with my overall experience but the super star of that place would definitely have to be the cashier girl Hayden, she was lovely to work with when i came in to get a discount. Very pleasant and focused lady, I can tell she takes her job seriously. Will be back sooner or later.

  Always feels great to visit this location. I had a interaction with one of the cashier “Dip” he was very quick, helpful and organized.
  
  I had a size issue about one of the item i already paid for but he quickly fixed it for me.
  
  Management - You should hire more people like “Dip” (who enjoys working in retail)

  We were shopping to get my girlfriend new jeans And couldn’t find the size length we were looking for. We ended up finding a pair of shorts that we wanted to buy, though. The girls working in the dressing rooms were very helpful and told us how we could order the pants we were looking for online through the cashier.
  
  We went to go order them asking for pants with a longer leg and the cashier was extremely rude and condescending.
  Instead of educating us on the different types of pants, he started off by saying “well you know there’s a difference between the types of pants, you can order right?” He then offered us a bag saying it was completely free if got the bag with our purchase. There was a little miscommunication and we were slightly confused because we were charged nine dollars for the bag on the receipt. We tried to ask him after if we could return it and he laughed at us again and said “well you’re gonna have to pay four dollars extra.” He then tried to help us order the pants separately through his till and kept saying the size didn’t exist and “if we knew what we were talking about” when wanting to order it online. This was a little frustrating as we were literally guided by the other store staff to order it through him.
  
  Understandably, we became a little frustrated with his condescending tone and said it’s ok we can order it ourselves online.
  He kept insisting that we can’t order it online ourselves because it doesn't exist and there’s no point and continued to laugh at us.
  
  Terrible customer service. You could’ve just educated and explained us a couple things instead of laughing and making us feel stupid.

  Black Friday was a bust tho, despite all the ads and emails about the great deals, got there at opening, and next to no sizes available, all picked over. Right at opening?
  Odd, if you’re going to advertise so heavily your Black Friday event as such a big deal have good inventory available. Only makes sense.

  Great experience and this location! Almost immediately fount a particular items I was here for, and employee did not hesitate to check the inventory for my as the other one was not in stock.
