Black Friday was a bust tho, despite all the ads and emails about the great deals, got there at opening, and next to no sizes available, all picked over. Right at opening?
Odd, if you’re going to advertise so heavily your Black Friday event as such a big deal have good inventory available. Only makes sense.

Great experience and this location! Almost immediately fount a particular items I was here for, and employee did not hesitate to check the inventory for my as the other one was not in stock.

Myself and my husband came here yesterday and had the most amazing experience EVER with a lady who worked in the change rooms. Her name is Barb, she is passionate about her job, cares so so much about the customers. She took the time out of her day to help me find peices that really compliment my figured. In my 30 years of shopping I've never once had an experience like this before. I've always struggling finding clothes that fit me nicely as a person with big curves but she took it as a challenge and brought me different options in my exact size to make me shine. I cannot express just how pivitol this interaction was for my self esteem!! I absolutely raved about her to the gentleman at the check out counter and he shared with me that she really is just that wonderful. (Also he was a gem of a person too but I forgot to grab his name)
TLDR; this locations staff is top tier and I will be coming back a million times over.
Head office! Give Barb a raise ❤️ This woman is a 20/10 across the board. Went above and beyond, so personable, she's incredible. Incredible is honestly an understatement.

Went today to get a pair of work pants and one worker (her name is gone from now, i believe it starts with an H but I wish I wrote it down!!) called all over the city to help me find the ones I needed! She was so helpful I couldn’t appreciate it more <3
