Had a great experience, mistakenly pouring water on a laptop i purchased in this store, i rushed to the store on Wednesday 3rd Sept, the pc technician and attendant by the counter received it nicely and promised to do their best since the pc was not responding or turning on, I got a call next day from Faif(spell check) and laptop was working again and to top it i didn't even pay a cent. Thanks guys for your help

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this shop. Initially, we were quoted $700–$800 for a motherboard replacement, and the final quote came to around $780, which was fine. However, they kept calling me to discuss price changes, including adding RAM (which was thrown in for free) and another agreed-upon part change (which we were given a quote for $30–$50). Adding everything up, we expected to pay around $830-$850, which we were fine with.
To our surprise, when it came time to pay, the total was a little over $900, far beyond what was discussed. There was no explanation for the price difference, and we were charged more than what was agreed upon. The lack of transparency and professionalism made this a frustrating and disappointing experience.
