I cannot say enough about the staff and management at Paradise truck and trailer. I had an emergency situation that needed immediate attention and though I had not called or booked in advance, Matt, the owner quickly took a look at my car, test drove it himself to ensure it was safe for me for that day and promptly booked me in for a detailed inspection the next business day even though it was busy for him. He and his staff (wonderful staff with great attention to detail) made me a priority and made me feel they cared about my safety and well-being. I will gladly and highly recommend Paradise to anyone any day who wants an honest, courteous and caring mechanic shop to service their vehicle. Thank you to all staff and management at Paradise. You saved my day. Can’t thank you enough.

They advertise themselves as friendly, courteous and dependable....I would support that statement. I was able to make an appointment quickly , and the work was completed without delay. I found Matt and Trevor (actually all staff) very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. I was very pleased with the atmosphere and service...I recommend without hesitation....Thank you to all staff.
