I had such a lovely experience here! I was looking for an old cologne of my hubby’s that is no longer made. After describing the notes, the two incredible young gals found me three reasonable substitutes! And then…. (Drumroll, please!) to my utter shock and delight they had ONE BOTTLE of Colours Benetton for ME… an incredibly difficult find! They were as thrilled as I was, I think! Service here was amazing, as is the selection! ????????

This was amazing, I just order a gift set (Versace Crystal Noir) and another small perfume bottle( Dolche & Gabbana - Light blue) and it got delivered within 2 days. There were two testers (Narciso Eau de parfum poudrèe) and Seage Lutens (La fille de Berline) they both smell so good (mysterious, seductive yet calming). I’m in love. I’ve just experienced one of the best customer service, and I won’t hesitate to order more from here in the future. One more thing that I want to add is they respond really quickly, and help you out with any issues or concerns right away, just in case if you loose the chat tab you can come back to it through your email ( they send you chat receipts, you won’t have to worry about creating a new chat every time)

Excellent service and perfume selection - this is coming from someone with a ton of high end perfume. Shashi and Rima always go above and beyond when I go in and help me select the newest fragrances for gifts and myself. Highly recommend paying these lovely ladies a visit!

Great perfume store. Was looking for a scent for my wife which I could not find anywhere. Contacted them through store email and responded quickly. They informed me they did have it and they held it for me till I arrived the next day. Awesome to deal with. Thank you!!!

Received amazing service from Rima as a first-time customer that randomly walked in. As a new fragrance enthusiast, Rima motivatingly allowed me to sample 10+ fragrances that I've been excited to try for over a year during my fragrance journey, but couldn't find 2 of the lines in other department stores.It was a really pleasurable one-on-one sales experience.As I'm a hardcore perfume enthusiast now, i tend to have superior knowledge about products, lines & houses that the sales associate does not due to my passion for research to discover the slept-on hidden gem masterpieces.I will say this, most retail places do not support or even aware of the amazing indie perfume houses out there that are making masterpiece fragrances that are so innovative & addicting that they are changing the game - which means they are not carrying the greatest frags ever made in history or even worst not carrying the most exciting next-gen scent frags in their stores. It's baffling to me that is not a retail store's highest priority not carrying the best & most exciting next-gen fragrances, because they are missing out on hundreds of thousands of dollars in profit. The amazing fragrances will sell themselves once sprayed on a customer.I say this as i feel this is a serious weakness & missed opportunity of most fragrance department stores including this one.I hope to see more groundbreaking & hyped fragrances as options within the store's shelves in the future.

I used to consider this the only place I would shop for the latest and greatest European fine fragrances. This is no longer the case at all. I visited this place in December to buy a Christmas gift for my significant other, but was totally disappointed. I asked for the newest and most exciting fragrance they had in stock and was given a gift set to take home. You can imagine my lady's surprised look on her face when she opened her gift to find a 7 year old product. I was lied to and really didn't appreciate it. I returned the product and brought my lady along. She told me that most of the stock she saw was outdated. So, I asked for a refund which they honored and left the store.I went to a competitor after leaving there and quickly found what I was looking for, new and exciting perfume and men's cologne.I won't be back here again and will no longer recommend this store.

Been shopping at Parfum Gallerie for years (since 2012), and it is hands down my favorite store in Downtown, both in terms of products and service. Rima is honestly an example of what customer service should be like. She has always provided me with the best service, and never once I have left her store without the perfumes I was looking for. Parfum Gallerie carries perfume that even Holt wouldn't have, and that's what makes it so special!Every year she also sends me a coupon for my birthday - so thoughtful.Amazing store and amazing service.
