I had a ski touring backpack warranty and when I returned it in the spring nothing was in stock as it was being redesigned. The new backpack was more expensive so they changed my credit to the new value and got me on my way with a new one! Thanks!

Honestly shocked and extremely disappointed at the lack of customer service in this store.
Specifically drove 3 hours to check out this shop after browsing for styles online because I thought I could ask for assistance on different types of designs. Not only did nobody acknowledge us in store, but I received 0 help from any of the 3-4 ladies in store who were all huddled up by the cash register for the hour I was shopping. I stood around with clothes in my hand for a while by the change room only to have to go up to the till and specifically ask to be let in to try clothes on. My boyfriend was the one who had to run around help me find different sizes and clothes. Browsing here would have been impossible without him, because he ended up doing the job of the workers.
There was another couple shopping at the same time as us doing the same thing - where the boyfriend was running around the store finding sizes. I initially mistook him for an employee.
The store was not busy when we were present (the 4 of us were the only ones shopping) so no one can make the excuse that they were busy.
I eventually ended up leaving without purchasing anything, more frustrated and confused than I was before. Definitely not the experience I expected from a Patagonia store and leaving this review to provide feedback so management can properly coach/train the workers to provide a better Patagonia experience in the future.

I really liked the service in the store, special thanks to Ksenia! It helped a lot! And I especially liked that there are employees who speak different languages, my English is not at a high level, so Ksenia was like a salvation for me ??✌?

Had to take 2 jackets in for minor repairs, staff there were friendly and very knowledgeable. Alex in particular remembered our items from when we dropped them off a few weeks ago! Very happy with the results! Love Patagonia!
