“Had a wonderful experience here last week - came to pawn a guitar and some tools and everyone that helped us was so friendly and fun! We got a fair price for our items and we also had a great time visiting with the staff, we will definitely be back!”
“Bought a guitar here, it was exactly as advertised.
I went in and they set up an amp for me to try it.
Parking was a little bit difficult as it’s right off McLeod, but that’s almost to be expected and not their fault.
They have to buzz you in and out which is a pain, but I guess people probably try to steal.
Overall it was a good experience, I’d go back again.”
“I had a loan and Ashley has always been amazing. Very wonderful service .She has always been pleasant and wonderful to deal with. She helped me navigate. My loan insurance when I became injured. She should be a manager or cordinator she has the ability. Thank you Ashley for excellent customer service”
“I have never been so pleased with the customer service provided at this shop. The rates for my items were probably the best in the city if not anywhere else. I give this place a two thumbs up.”

“Every staff member is pleasant and very easy to deal with. When times are tough, we could all use a hand every now and then, and these folks have your back. Reasonable on the pocket as well.”
