My young son chose this repair shop because they advertise that the diagnistic is free, but it wasn't explained to him that it was only free if a repair work was ordered. It cost him $120 for a partial diagnostic, and when he asked for clarification on the issue, he got no reply. The shop should be clear up front about costs and services, especially with an inexperienced customer.

PCMaster saved my work life this weekend and fixed my laptop super fast. The service was excellent, and the lady was very nice.
My old battery was so swollen that my laptop would overheat really fast, I couldn't use my track pad at all because it was popping out of the laptop case, and the battery would die within a half hour. The new one installed is working amazingly, I can actually use my track pad again, and don't have to worry about being on a charger 24/7.
You guys came in clutch with an emergency last minute repair and you have my appreciation. I work in telecomm management and any clients I get that need computer repair I'll send your way.

I travelled to Calgary for work and the first morning in Calgary I booted my laptop and my computer crashed. I checked for tech companies and PCMaster Pro Kensington came up with great reviews. I went in and dealt with Nour - she suspected it was the mother board that crashed and said the technician will have a look and understood that I needed my laptop back asap. 24 hours later my computer was fixed! Sam was the technician and he did have to replace the mother board on my Dell. Amazing service! I would highly recommend! Thank you again I am very grateful!!
