We had a wonderful experience shopping at the Perfect Home today. Daniel was fantastic and found the perfect mattress for us. So friendly and personable, I will definitely be coming back to see Daniel for future furniture purchases.

Fantastic experience with perfect home furniture. We bought a dining set from this store. There was an issue with the wrong chairs delivered (miscommunication with sales staff) which the store promptly delivered the correct ones the following day. We had a great experience with the delivery team

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Perfect Homes Furniture was so disappointing that I feel compelled to share it. From the moment they received full payment, it became abundantly clear that customer care was no longer a priority.
The initial service was fine – helpful and responsive while taking my money – but everything changed once payment was completed. The employees showed absolutely no regard for me as a customer after that point. Communication became poor, and any sense of accountability vanished.
What made things worse was their delivery service. We had a pre-agreed delivery date and time, which I rearranged my schedule around, making significant personal sacrifices to be available. Despite this, they repeatedly changed the delivery time – sometimes at the last minute – without apology or consideration for the inconvenience they were causing.
It felt like they were entirely self-serving, operating on their own terms with zero respect for my time, commitment, or expectations. The lack of professionalism and empathy was honestly shocking.
This has left me with the strong impression that once they have your money, you’re no longer important to them. I would NOT recommend them to anyone who values clear communication, reliable service, or basic respect as a customer.

Daniel provided awesome service to us when purchasing a couch. We came back twice to ensure we were making the right choice and each time Daniel was there to answer our questions and provide great services. The prices were amazing for a leather couch and love seat. I would recommend this store and will come back.

Nice selection but there was a sales lady that hounded me the entire time I was trying to look at furniture. To pushy, followed me everywhere! when I repeatedly told her that if I needed assistance I would ask for it thank you! Ruined my shopping experience & left!

My spouse and I had the most pleasant experience at Perfect Home. New to Canada and needing to get furniture for our home, we stumbled on Perfect Home and I can tell you it was the best stroke of luck.From the moment we walked into the store, Kamal was amazing. He was the right blend of helpful but not pushy, friendly and professional. He was so helpful with advice and suggestions yet gave us the space to try out various mattresses which is what we initially went in to find.We had seen and earlier decided to get our sectional and bed from a competitor store but ended up getting everything from Perfect Home. Got some good discount as well. We highly highly highly recommend Perfect Home for exceptional service and competitive prices!

We recently ordered couches from this company, and when we did, we were told The Delivery time would be 3 to 6 weeks. But we ended up receiving our couches four months later when we bought it. When we received our couches and unpacked them, we noticed they were very poor quality. The edges of the couch were sharp and very hard. The pillows were not straight as well. I wish the wait was worth it because I was very excited to get my new couches. I am very disappointed.Update: after submitting my review, we were contacted by the manager, this was very kind of them to reach out to us in trying to resolve the issue. Thank you for reaching out I guess we’ll see what happens:)

Found my couch in the clearance section of perfect home and I love it! Staff were very helpful and friendly, the only downfall was I told them my movers would pick up the couch on holiday Monday at 9am and they said that was great, but they didn’t tell me they don’t open until 10am so I had to pay for more time with my movers. I could have googled but because actual staff told me it was no issue, I felt I didn’t need to. Otherwise great service!
