They have no price list or even a range for cat grooming. They will tell me how much I will have to pay after services are rendered. Not even-we will have to see the cat first and then tell you. No they will only tell me after they have rendered the service. How is that even logical?

Called for Cat grooming. Asked for price range. The lady booking says cant give a price or even a range. She said we can only provide pricing after services are rendered. I mean is it just me or that doesn't make sense at all. I mean you could come back and say it was $500 or $1000. I mean come on, there has to be a range. You are running a business!!! How can you just say to a customer book the service, we will provide it and then we will tell you how much it will cost. Not good business when you don't even have a price list for services.

50% of my visits I can’t find someone to help me and end up walking out. If there is staff, the wait for their assistance is no less than 15 min. The store is dirty and badly needs better air quality. From now on I’ll be going to another store for my supplies.

It’s very expensive store to visit when you have pets. I get better pricing for the same or similar products online in Amazon as well as at local grocery store like Real Canadian that’s two steps away. Their business model is broken - for example, for dry Chicken Tender, they charge by piece, many of these items just are crumbs for which they will charge $1.7 each crumbs, so 50 grams of chicken tender will cost you $50. That’s the problem with such franchises where store staff have no authority to use brains and follow policies of headquarters’ greedy managers who never even steps into the stores or don’t even have pets. Welcome to corporate store who are far distance to reality.

Our experience with staff has been wonderful. We started out 8 years ago with night owl Nick helping us get our first pet.
Fast forward a few years; we adopted two hot dogs. One hurt his paw and I thought I was buying a spray to stop him from licking. In fact I was purchasing a spray to encourage peeing. High five to Warren for catching my blunder!
Great job on looking out for your customers! I hope one day to get a part time job!

I showed up at 10am and waited patiently for them to open doors for business with another customer. At 1003 they let in the other customer for grooming, but shut the door on me and locked me out. I had to call and spoke to staff when they let me in at 10:07. I asked the girl why I was locked out? She said because of grooming. I said are you open at 10? It's 1007. She said she didn't know. I asked if the manager was in? Dhe said yes I'll go get them. I waited to be told the manager is too busy to speak to me, and I can call later in the day...I came here to buy 300$ of dog & cat food. I will NOT be calling, or returning ever again. Which sucks because I live a block away. My monthly pet costs are 500$ + a month. That's 6000$ + a year. Is that a lot of money?
