They have all the products i need and customer service is on point ! Staff is caring and friendly and go beyond to help out . My phone died and I needed to order a Lyft to go home the young lady who ringned my items went and asked her team and got me a charger to charge my phone and order my ride. She did not have to do that and she did it with a smile. Thank youuu

I left empty handed but could have easily walked out with what I was wanting to purchase.

One of the best pet stores I've been to.
The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.
I mainly keep fish and I'm glad that the associate that helped me was knowledgeable on the fish they were keeping, things such as species compatability, and how many fish I could keep in a 20 and 60 gallon tank
The fish all seem well taken care of, each having their own little decor, and I've also bought plants here who have so far held up well.

The staff are always pleasant, and this store has a large selection of food and pet supplies. While shopping here recently, I found finger trap type toys for $0.50. My cat loves playing with bottle caps so I thought this item would fit her strange collection. While looking at other items, aimlessly, I got the toy stuck on my finger lol... I panicked for a second but got the toy off quickly. Soon after I was approached by two staff members inquiring if I needed help finding anything. I said I didn't need help with my shopping & joked about the toy getting stuck on my finger. I felt very comfortable, and even though I was there close to closing time, my experience was not rushed.
Although I don't often shop at large corporations, if I'm in the area, I will stop by this location! Thank you for the kind energy!

Great pet store with lots of selection from a wide spread of brands! Always very clean, well organized and stocked. The staff are always friendly and eager to be of help! The animals they have for adoption are kept in great condition and are very well cared for. On a bad day, their little hamsters, birds and other adoptable animals are sure to brighten your day!

I love this location I buy my bird food and dog toys and visit the animals frequently with my children. Staff are awesome and easy to talk to and very helpful! I recently locked my keys in my car and they were quick to get me something to open my door! Thank you Petland!!
