Now twice charged higher prices at the register than price listed in store. If you're not paying attention, buying lots of things, etc. you might miss it.

Literally threw the plastic bag at me. Didnt say a word and expected me to bag my own items. Absolutely rude. Lack of communication. Completely unacceptable "customer service"

I visit this gas station almost everyday, and today in the morning i had the worst customer service experience. The lady (her name starts with a J, it's Jaykathri i think) is very rude. You greet her but she doesn't reply. You say thank you and she doesn't say anything back. She threw the stuff that i bought at me in a rude way. You can check the cameras. It's not the first time she does that. Last two times, i thought she was having bad days, but if it's every time, then there is something wrong with her. If she doesn't want to work in a customer facing role, she should find another job. I won't visit this gas station again or use petro Canada anymore. Just read the negative review about the poor customer service.

The cashier that works during the night Steven needs to show customers more respect, every time I go there he does not say hello, rolls his eyes at me and tells me not to touch the items. I'm the customer.

I spend thousands a year here from gas to smokes to snacks for the lady and always has been my favourite place but lately there has been this older guy working the till in the afternoons and he has a bad attitude! My cartons of smokes have changed from $120.75 to $127.25 when he is working and if I go back during the day it goes back to $120.75!!! Then he just smirks and says "everytime" when it is brought to his attention. I've seen it happen to other customers when I am in just getting fuel or a drink too. I'm on to you bud and I have kept all the receipts!!! I'll be talking to management or head office real soon!
