This is our neighbourhood gas station and we frequent it every few days. Today, there was an issue with their milkshake machine (something that we use nearly weekly) where it came out liquid even though I chose the thick option. Again, we use this machine every week. I informed the attendant, Joti, and instead of checking it out, she insinuated that it was my error and that I would still have to pay. She actively refused to let maintenance know, would not let me prove that this was a machine error by making another one, refused to give me her manager’s number, and then told me to go elsewhere. This was literally the worst customer service I have ever received in my life and left me in tears. I did not appreciate being made to feel like I had made a mistake and that I was being unreasonable when all I was trying to do was inform the employee and get the proper product that I had selected. I have called customer service about this employee.

I went into the gas station around 11 pm few nights ago to buy a water bottle. The girl left the counter as soon as she saw me started to follow me around and started shopping for chips and chocolate bars for herself or thats what she pretended to do. Then i went back to the counter to pay for my water and she did not want to break character so she took her time looking around for more stuff and then she came back few minutes later to serve me. I have never ever been treated like that in a store in my entire life. The girl of asian descent that works there should be taught some manners and she should know not everyone who comes into the store is a thief. Will never be returning here again.

Made a large purchase at this location this morning and requested to redeem a large amount of points. She told me I cannot redeem them and need to call an 800 number. First, this is completely unacceptable as it is a large number of points that are supposed to have cash value. Second, I have now been on hold for over 10 minutes with this 800 number. Great job if you want me to go elsewhere! So long Petro! You're a bad business partner!

Routinely does an absolutely terrible job at clearing their lot and adjacent sidewalks of ice and snow.Not a pleasant place to gas up at, drive in to, or walk past.

I have very great experience during my visit at the store . There was a employee name shivani she is so polite and very helpful to me . I was looking for a washer- fluids for my car i was about to pay and she interrupted me and told me about the deal on that and i was sold . I liked her up selling . Also she explain me about petro point card in detail .
