I have lots of pets and I go there often. There is 1 gentlemen that works the till and I see him every time. He has long hair brown and glasses. He is so fantastic everytime !!! You get a gold star buddy!! Everyone there has always been very welcoming!

I previously came from a different Petsmart and did not have a great experience there, but my experience at this Petsmart was amazing! MeKenna was amazing, was so sweet with my senior dog, and listened to all my concerns to give my sweetest girl an amazing groom. Thank you so much MeKenna! I will definitely be coming back.

It was a positive experience, went to pick up my order for a 55 gallon tank and the workers were helpful and polite, they also provided me with a part I had lost, plus this is a more low-key PetSmart in the city, would recommend.

I took my furbaby to Petsmart for photos with Santa. Their setup for it was great! They had a decorated room for the photos, one pet at a time, so the pets could all have private time with Santa. Needless to say, all the furbabies had huge smiles and wagging tails! And the deals on Christmas stuff for the furbabies was outstanding (I left with a shopping bag full)! The staff was absolutely fantastic with all the pets (special thanks to the magnificent staff for the great time my Jude had at your store!). I will most definitely be returning to shop here! Jude-approved! 🐾💜🐾

The staff at this location are very friendly and always willing to answer questions. Sometimes they’re busy helping other customers, but whenever they’re available, they come over to check if we need anything. I’ve never felt rushed, and they always seem happy doing their jobs. The cashiers are equally friendly, and I highly recommend this store.

Dead fish in display ?!!
I don’t understand why you guys display fish in cups with no oxygen supplies.
This is cruelty to these guys. When we passed by 2 were dead…
Any animals should receive descent respect.
Can you put them at least in aquariums?
Not sure associations would appreciate this.
I fish and eat fish , but treat those with respect.
Come on…

We brought our Westie (@rockythewestie1) for his first time ever grooming session at this store today. We were really apprehensive because it's the first time we left our 6 months old puppy with someone else. We were met by Nico who was going to be our groomer, he was very welcoming, understanding, and caring, we told him it was Rocky's first time and he was really nervous. But Nico took great care of Rocky , we were really pleased and satisfied with Nico. It was a great experience, Rocky suddenly became white again!

I’ve been a long-time customer and usually like PetSmart, but I was very disturbed to see that some of their gift cards display colors resembling a flag that’s associated online with groups trying to normalize attraction to minors. Whether intentional or not, this is unacceptable and deeply inappropriate. I hope PetSmart looks into this and removes those designs immediately.

Don't bother trying to walk-in for a nail procedure at this location. Although grooming hours are open, they don't have enough staff to ever take walk-in's. Have tried 3 separate times (both weekday and weekend) and somehow their walk-in person has always been away and the other groomers won't help you.

The staff are pretty good, but the feeders are hit or miss. The large crickets are inconsistent in size and also amount. Usually by the time I get home (10 minutes) 1/3 to half the crickets are dead, sometimes I get crickets that aren't even worth feeding to my reptiles since they're so small and I'll get less crickets than I asked for even though I pay for what I asked.

I was really disappointed with what I saw at this PetSmart location. The small animal cages were dirty and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Some of the animals didn’t even have food or fresh water. The fish tanks were cloudy and overcrowded, with poor visibility and stressed fish. It honestly looked like the animals weren’t being properly cared for. I expected better standards from a pet store — especially one that sells live animals. Definitely not a place I’d recommend for anyone who truly cares about animal welfare.

Staff are friendly. Store is neat and tidy. Keep your eye out for 50% mark downs on product that is near expiration date.

This is my go to pet store, the prices are good and there’s often sales. They have a good return policy if you’re not satisfied for any reason on items you buy. The staff are always amazing to deal with :)
