I trained with Dean for my Army training . Pfx is not just a gym it will develop you in every way. Dean is super helpful and knowledgeable and I am glad to be a part of this. Everyone is very kind and accommodating. If you want to prepare for any kind of fitness goals meet and discuss with dean.

Our girls soccer team had several training session in the off-season and Dean was excellent with them. Great workouts to get them ready. As tires as they were after each session, they kept coming back for more!
