I am so disappointed!!I ordered online and had it delivered.Food that was delivered was great but they missed part of my order.It is next to impossible to contact them via telephone.They do not answer and you’re not able to leave a message.I have tried calling and calling and calling with no response.I even called another Pizza Hut to see if they could put me through and they’re couldn’t and no one answered their call either.I don’t want to complain about our neighbourhood services cause we don’t have a lot but the fact that I wasn’t able to get this sorted over the phone or online and it has to wait till I can go in has made me more and more annoyed and frustrated!Not very good customer service!

I have been going to this location for years and I could be happier.The staff there are very friendly and I love their manager Shae, she has always been happy and outgoing and does everything she can to keep her customers happy.Their pizzas are great and prices are very affordable.I highly recommed this location for anyone looking for a clean friendly environment.

The staff are friendly and making sure that your order is accurate, best in customer service. The Manager did a great job in training the back and the front staff. Delivery Drivers are kind too.

I just ordered the pepperoni pizza. I ordered the homestyle crust but instead got thin crust pizza. It is pretty good value but this is the second time I have ordered homestyle crust but got thin crust.

Walk in and order a medium cheese pizza.Lady trying to charge me a $17 cheese pizza instead of $11.99. When I asked why that much I 've been told that I didnt ask for deal. When I sked to talk to manager she told me that she is the manager. Review the training of your manager dear PizzaHot.....

I had an amazing experience at this location. The pizza was incredible - hot and delicious. The thin was perfectly crispy. The staff were friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for incredible pizza.
