Mohit was very friendly and make the process of buying a car very smooth. He was helpful in answering questions through text or phone calls. He stood out as the best salesperson out of the numerous dealerships I visited in search for a car. Highly recommend asking for Mohit if you need a vehicle!

Great experience and top notch service! Grateful for Erick and Tinh’s help on picking us out our car. It was a very pleasant experience and both of them were very friendly and professional. CAUTION: Be careful doing business with them. They cheated me even after we agreed in writing the remaining principal balance they will payout on my old traded-in leased vehicle. Just because I made an extra payment on my old leased vehicle after our deal for a new one was agreed ( I was going to get this extra payment back from Honda), they cheated, instead of paying transfer fee, they paid less payout amount to Honda basically stealing my $415 extra payment. They would have paid transfer fee if there was no extra payment from me but they capitalized on this extra payment from my pocket which I was going to get back. I discussed this with Tinh, their Finance manager, requesting a check from them before signing the documents to which he said he will pay principal loan balance plus my extra payment to Honda and Honda will pay my extra payment back to me. No honesty and integrity at all. I would have given -10 but Google reviews doesnt go below 1. Lets see if management honour the agreement I did with them.

Seamless and stress free! I can’t believe how quick and easy my experience was with Mohit and Tihn. Johnny was awesome. Our old Mitsubishi vehicle was totaled in an accident and we contacted Platinum and were put on to Johnny who came to our house and picked us up and then he helped us pick out a new vehicle. He kept us up date on the progress of our vehicle and when we picked it up he even put a big blue bow on it like my wife wanted. For pictures of course. Thanks to Johnny, and Tinh, for another great experience.
