It was a pleasure to work with Paul from PODS Moving and Storage. He called before coming to bring our container to its destination in Calgary. He was polite and cheerful both on the phone and in person. Despite the snow, he operated his large truck and the container with enviable ease. Before I knew, he was out of the street space in front of our house and the container was on the driveway turned to the house, as we asked. I can recommend this trouble-free service to anyone. It is money well spent.

The Calgary Pods warehouse and delivery folks are very helpful and awesome folks. Glenn and Paul were bith great to do business with. Highly recommended.
The Texas folks were good while the phone service folks were less helpful at times.

When Paul called letting us know he would be at the home shortly, he was good as it gets. He was thorough, professional and asked all the right questions. Every once in a while you come in contact with someone in the service industry who exemplifies excellence; Paul is one of those guys. The pod arrived clean, ready to use and he answered all of our questions. Highly recommend !!

Worst experience ever, they have 0 communication with their customers. My pod was picked up over 4 hours sooner than the expected time without a call from the driver, It was not loaded and due to the fact that it wasn't properly loaded things got damaged in the move and pods is not very good at correcting their bad situation.

I have used Pods for 2 moves and both times it was easy and smooth.
I have had Paul as a driver at least 2 times and he is pleasant and helpful. He also placed the pod so we could still use our driveway which was very useful.

Moved my Dads estate from San Diego USA to Calgary. With a little miscommunication on the US side my POD Arrived safe and sound in Calgary,
Was transferred to the Calgary team and blown away by the top notch service I received !!
Mgr. Glen Milner and Driver Paul went out of their way after hours and on a weekend to assist me !! These guys know professionalism and customer service. Highly recommend this company based on my wonderful experience thus far !
