James was very kind and great to work with! Was patient while I got the car out of the garage and was very pleasant, especially given it was cold and snowing! James was also very thorough making sure the POD was secure, as the driveway is not flat. Highly recommend James for all your POD needs!

Terrible Terrible Terrible Service! I made my Cross Border move from Houston to Calgary and they promised smooth experience. Instead I had headaches Dealing with Customer Service, Paperwork Team and Billing Team. They sent me multiple incorrect invoices, spent hours on call correcting them and they still charged my Credit card another fees. complete Fraud when it comes to taking charges on pre-authorized charges. Customer Service lacks knowledge and experience. I almost had to call every other day to get this container moving.
I had Great Service Experience with Drivers and the Facility Manager at Houston and Calgary location. They were professional, Quick AND knew their job. Delivery Drivers were best and Handled container with care.

PODS Driver/Operator, James, was awesome. Phoned ahead of time and gave ample heads up of his ETA and arrived earlier than anticipated. Once the POD was offloaded he walked me through and offered pointers and confirmed pick-up dates to move and demob. Overall great experience from start to finish; PODS was very thorough in following-up (emailing) to confirm the delivery date remained the same and confirmed the delivery window well in advance to the date requested. Highly recommend.

PODS was excellent to deal with from ordering to delivery, to pickup. Scheduled pickup online, received email to confirm pickup within a 2 hour window for the next day. Driver Paul contacted us when he was on his way. Best part we didn't have to time off of work for him to do his part. He messaged when he picked it up and delivered. Excellent service.
