Concrete sinks for many reasons including poor compaction and erosion and often the best solution for this problem is to slab jack the concrete back up. We use polyurethane expanding foam to lift and level concrete driveways, sidewalks, garage pads, patios and more. Replacing old unlevel concrete with new concrete is sometimes necessary, but when it isn't, lifting the concrete is not only better for the environment, but much more cost effective and less time consuming.
