Brought an old lady friend here at my dad's suggestion and they sold her a used set of winter tires for a good price which included putting them on for her. I think she knows where to go for her tires now.

Was booked for 8am to have my winter tires put on. I'm the first and only customer there before 8. I go in right when doors open. They said someone will start the works once a guy is in. Umm why would you book me at 8 if you don't even have a service person in yet.. then it took 60 mins to do.. everyone says it should be 30 min max. Website even says approx 15 mind. Not 15 mins per tire that I was told AFTER waiting 45 mins. Not okay. This caused me to be 1.5 hours late for work. Never again!

My first time here was the morning.
I was astonished at the price of the tire and install on my current rim that I owned I bought a used tire they had one of the exact tire I needed . I told them I would be there in half an hour and they said it will be here waiting for me. The whole process was done within less than an hour. Couldn’t be more impressed with these guys. Everyone I asked around about my issue said you have to go to poor boy tire they are the absolute best and they were definitely right about that! I will only be coming here from now on. 5 star couldn’t ask for anything better service or quality wise !!! Recommend best in Calgary by far. Great Job John and the rest of the guys!! Turned out to be a fraction of the cost of all the other places I callled ?

I have utilized this company before for tries on my mom's truck, as they were recommended to me by a co-worker and everything went well! So I thought the obvious choice for my Jeep would be these guys again.
Calling for an appointment and getting the information I needed was a breeze, very friendly and knowledgeable. My appointment was the very next day, and I asked for an oil change while they had my vehicle too, no problem they said!
Dropped off my vehicle handed, over my keys and went out my way, got the call a little over an hour later that my jeep was ready. Perfect!
Now on to why they lost a star and a half...
When I first jumped into my Jeep my tire pressure light was on indicating low air, I went back inside and the woman at the front desk was super helpful and topped up the air, without hesitation and in the rain! Huge thank you to her!
What I wish I had noticed sooner was that I was charged $7.20 for checking engine fluids and topping up the washed fluids. I thought that a good deal, until I realized that my washer fluid was clearly not topped up (the low light was still on) this leads me to question if the other fluids were even looked at or not, even though I was charged for it ?♀️

I had recently visited Poorboy Tire in need of swapping a set of tires before a road trip. They were quick and efficient, and extremely friendly.

Tires are going on the car as we speak. Just tires. I know where to go for wheel alignment and brake. These guys offer great referrals to other places that can help.
I am getting used tires to get me by until I can afford new.
John did a great job at helping customers in tire purgatory (when you have a tire problem and the wallet is short funds.)
All good at keeping it about the tires.
I will get my new tires here.
