HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have been waiting over one year for a product and I call, I email, and I get no support. The problem is ongoing. I will NEVER order from here ever again.

I ordered over $1500 worth of stuff online which was already overpriced for what I got and that included mostly clearance items. The online tracking is useless as it gives a range of 4 days. I expected it to take 1-2 weeks but every time I checked the tracking it would just have an even longer arrival date. My stuff was delayed by about a month. No reason given for it either. The first box was delivered and the box was practically fully opened because it was beaten up so badly, I was lucky everything was still inside and not damaged. The second box arrived two days later only thanks to my nice neighbour two doors down. They delivered my box to her house! That box was also pretty beaten up and practically open. I’m lucky I have nice neighbours. Don’t trust the online shipping. Whoever does the delivery for this store is awful!

Sandra was an absolute joy to work with. She helped design our nursery, offered thoughtful suggestions based on the size of our space, took in account little details like my height and my husband's when recommending rockers, and sent us notifications when items on our registry went on sale. Highly recommend her services and the entire team at Pottery Barn Kids - she's made a repeat customer of us and our little one hasn't even arrived yet!

Beautifully kept store and lovely service at the Calgary (Chinook) location. Recently had to deal with having received a stroller type that was not the one I thought When it was purchased. Andrea and Mike were just the kindest most patient people. They really went above and beyon to correct this and get the right stroller. Reveived calls and check ins until it arrived and they made pickup super easy. Pottery Barn shpuld be proud to have such customer service ambassadors. I continue to remain a pottery barn customer in large part to their customer service.

Ordered some towels online for my kids. Order was cancelled a few days later. My disappointment is immeasurable, and my day is ruined.

I could honestly sleep on the bed with 12 pillows. Beautiful furniture and bedding. Quality is so, so or maybe I am expecting too much of bedside table for $500.

I purchased my daughters bedroom set here. Little more expensive but so adorable. The staff was amazing with helping as well. Would highly recommend.

I ordered a chair for our nursery on February 23, 2019 and was told the delivery date would be 8-10 weeks. Within 3 weeks of purchasing the chair, the delivery date was revised to mid June 2019. I was very disappointed since I likely wouldn't have purchased the chair, but was re-assured that it would arrive in June, which was still prior to my delivery date. I phone today (June 8, 2019) to get an update on the delivery and have been informed that they can't confirm the delivery date for the chair, but the side table I ordered at the same time will arrive in mid July. I'm due at the beginning of August, with my first baby and I don't have a chair to nurse in. I've requested to speak with a manager, but am constantly told there is not one in the store and the employees are not able to help. Extremely disappointed that a 8-10 week delivery is now going to be at least 20 weeks (July) and there's no guarantee I'll even get the chair before I give birth. Very poor customer service.Update - after the concerns last year, the store manager was able to put together a contingency plan that had me receive a temporary chair for a month while my permanent chair arrived. The delivery process went very smoothly and the switch out happened as planned. The original experience was poor, but I will say the store manager was able to come up with an excellent solution.
