Wouldn't order the product in-store for me since it was online only. Also changes shipping still even when selected for in store pick up.
Edit: They allowed cancelling the order and to re-order to ship to the house instead.

I bought my entire living room and dining room furniture from here. They have cozy aesthetics and contemporary designs. Got the dining table a little delayed tho. Great Italian wood finishing.

Everyone sitting in the back not willing to help their customers. I was about to ask about their bathroom and office line, but they looked away and proceeded to continue their conversation between their staff right when I was about to speak. I was looking to spend here, but after the lack of their customers' service, I will be going else where for my office decor.

We purchased this dining table in December 2023, in February 2024 we got the date for delivery. We paid $329plus gst for white glove delivery.Once delivered in February, we were told that some item to fix the table were missing, we were promised that it will be resolved in no time. Now it's almost 2 months later, our dining table has been upside down in our dining room. Honestly a very bad experience.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. It’s been 12 months since I was delivered a broken dining room table and they have not done anything to fix or replace it. I was also shipped 4 custom ordered dining room chairs that arrived damaged and still no resolve. Poor quality and even worse customer service!!

Wouldn’t ever buy from them again, purely because their customer service department is the most useless I’ve ever experienced, and that includes BA.4 different customer service reps, including supervisors, couldn’t organise a simple collection and refund. Was lied to by 2 members of staff and then given totally wrong information by another. Then coupled with the fact that none of them could use a calculator and add up the correct amount to refund.This is not an isolated incident either.

Really bad delivery and customer services. I am waiting for my refunds for a bed which was delivered damaged and returned and then another order which was a replacement but again delivered broken. I ended up paying twice but nothing got delivered. Its been 2 months now. I have called them multiple times. Every time I just get an assurance that it will be resolved in couple of days and someone with reach out to you, but nothing happens and noone responds.

They have great timeless style as always. We wanted to make a big purchase of one of their farmhouse dining tables, but the only reason we walked out without any purchase was because of the in store customer service.VERY DISINTERESTED staff some of the women there think either they are too good to be working there or think some people shouldn’t be there! They missed a 10k worth of purchase from us. Too bad!

Never buying from this store again. It used to be a good store but that’s no longer the case.Delivery delays are unacceptable and they don’t even send you any notification. My order was supposed to be delivered Dec 19, then it was delayed to Jan 10 and when I called today to see if they are delivering in two days they said the order hasn’t even arrived in canada yet and it will take a few more week at least. Whenever I call the store for a follow up I feel rushed and no one gives you any firm answers, it’s like they have no idea how to track their order status and just want to get off the phone.

Apart from the good stuff they sell their representatives are the best.Understanding the need of the customer and recommending the right product is what is required.

My boyfriend and his friend faced profiling when I asked them to look at a couch we've been eyeing for the past few months. Upon entering the store, they were immediately approached by two ladies who commented on the high price range of couches, implying they might be too expensive for our budget ("the couches here are expensive, $3000-$7000, is that within your budget?").This was unwarranted and presumptuous, raising questions about the absence of a more customer-friendly approach like "how can we help you?"It's disheartening to have heard about this profiling, particularly in a store where we usually enjoy browsing. No customer should be subjected to assumptions about their financial capacity based on appearance. This incident is disappointing, and we will be taking our business elsewhere. Do better.
