We recently had our 2022 Hyundai Tucson ultimate hybrid into Precision hyundai for an update on our GPS. Joy, who was the service writer did an excellent job and we are pleased with the results. Our GPS now works perfect.

Joy with your service desk was amazing. Had to replace engine which was frustrating. But Joy made the experience enjoyable and kept me updated on timelines and built a great relationship with me. I wish there was more people that understood the value of customer service. It was a pleasure working with Joy and service team.
