I am so happy, impressed by Edward.Had previously seen him for a piece… now another piece. Very talented and exceptional craftsmanship. I’m amazed at the ring he restored for meThat 2 other places could NOT.Simple signet but originally had just initial and border. When I received this gift… in memory it had faded and worn most detail off.2 other places I took it to just buffed out completely! Edward completely understood and worked with me… sent detailed drawings and made it even better!Many thanks again for your craft! Highly recommend and definitely will go to him first.

Edward from Precision went above and beyond for me when I came to him with my wife's broken engagement ring. We bought it from a seller in the states and I did not want to ship it over in case it gets lost in the mail.I had to find someone who I would highly trust to repair this ring, Edward was that person. He sat me down and examined the jewellery and proceeded to tell me how the ring broke and also explained the characteristics of the diamond. Then he told me how he would fix it.The finished product was amazing, and the diamond looked secure. The best part was that Edward has affordable rates and his turnaround time was awesome. He even got me my wife's ring back during the holidays and I was able to "propose" once again on Christmas morning with a fixed ring.Thanks Edward for your amazing customer service and professionalism!

What an incredible experience. Edward was able to fix a family heirloom necklace for me flawlessly. Got to see a bit of his work as well and it was breathtaking. I highly recommend and look forward to dealing with them again.

Edward does fantastic work and runs a great shop, and is a real pleasure to work with. He made a custom engagement/wedding ring in platinum for us, set with many rubies that all matches perfectly. Despite platinum being notoriously soft, Edward's solid design has held up the years of every day wear and tear and still looks great.
