Never got a call about an OPI, the owner had mentioned he was going to get in touch with me the next day about a fix whether they could do it or not and he never got in touch. Seems like a good place overall but not for JDM OPIs.

So much 100 series knowledge! The J100 land cruiser and Lexus LX470 are amazing machines in so many ways, but as they age, complicated issues arise. Sometimes the internet is only so helpful. When it's time to get something fixed, Dean (the nice one) and Ron (the other one) will do it right, while recommending upgrades or alterations that make sense for you. This is the right shop. Fair pricing for professional work. I love my truck and they're the ones I'll trust with it.

Being the owner of a Diesel Prado from UK, I was struggling to find a shop capable of working on my diesel engine, especially to even have a computer that can diagnose the issue I was facing when the check engine turned on.A friend of me recommended me this shop and honestly I was amazed by the quality of service.Due to lack of mechanics able to work on my vehicle, she was having several issues that accumulated over the time.1- The air suspension was faulty and wasn't sure if air bags or compressor;2- Starting the engine was hard on cold weather;3- Check engine was on and she was running roughly;4- The engine was losing power in the morning;5- My AC wasn't working...My goal was to get the vehicle fixed, but my biggest concern was to get someone capable of talking to my car first.Luckily, not only they were able to do so, but they were able to fix all those problems and even more...Definitely, with all these issues, my car was dropped for few days. And guess what?When I told the shop manager that the vehicle is my commute car to go to work, he gave me a courtesy vehicle for 0$.After the work was done, I drove the Prado and she was like NEW. No more issue at all.In terms of cost, my bill was very reasonable, and definitely I recommend this shop for the professionalism of the workers and for their integrity.Just three words: a golden service

Wouldn't recommend to anyone- not honest delivery / repair time. Unable to spot or diagnose issue from first time. After multiple and thousands of fixing they find the main problem

The team at Pro-Active is the best. After getting 2 vehicles inspected prior to purchasing, I knew I had the right shop. They are thorough and honest when it comes to condition and labour/parts that are needed for your vehicle. Never did I feel I was being up-charged or rushed on the phone, everything had an explanation!
