I would never recommend their services to anyone. Despite advertising a simple tax return filing fee of $25, I was shocked to be charged $250!
The filing process itself was straightforward, but the blatant price gouging is unacceptable. The firm's advertising is misleading, and they take advantage of unsuspecting clients.
When I questioned the fee, the owner Mr. Duggal claimed it was due to "additional services" that I neither requested nor they explained clearly. This feels like a bait-and-switch tactic.
Look elsewhere for transparent and fair pricing. I had already switched two years back to a better and more economical firm. However, after seeing their impulsive advertisements on every platform, I thought of posting my honest reviews now.

We had the most exceptional service from ProTax block. We are regular clients of this firm and needed some tax documents urgently. The staff, namely Preet and Sanjana, were most helpful and treated the request with utmost urgency. We had the docs in our mail within 30 minutes...great service and prompt response time...we would recommend anyone who is looking for taxation solutions to come here. This is an honest and transparent organization which has focus on customer service. Thank you, Promax team for helping us today.

This location is very disingenuous and practices false advertising practices. From the very moment you step in the building you can tell the vibes are off and something shady is happening behind the scenes here ...
The reception lady is very rude, and the business model seems to be "let's fleece as much money from you while taking complete advantage of our customers & wasting their precious time"
I did my 2023 tax return twice out of curiosity. One at H&R Block first, and the other here to see which organization was the most trustworthy. I brought the same T4 forms and didn't change anything. Apparently my tax return here was $800 less than the one I did at H&R despite requesting the same services...
Goes to show the supreme level of integrity here....
They also expect you to know how to file taxes while ironically helping you only 3/4 of the way
They advertise the return as $25; however, charge a complete different thing...
I would avoid this place like the plague
P.S. wouldn't be surprised most the reviews here are fake...

I had an exceptional experience with the front desk service at this establishment. Raman, in particular, was outstanding. From the moment I arrived, Raman greeted me with a warm and professional demeanor. Beyond that, Raman went above and beyond by guiding me through the process of filing my corporation taxes and handling the necessary authorizations. Her attentiveness and expertise made what could have been a complicated task much easier. It’s rare to encounter such dedicated and knowledgeable staff. Me and my spouse have been working with Jaspreet at Pro Tax Block for our corporation and personal tax filing, book keeping, annual corporation returns, and other ad-hoc requests related to our taxes for last couple years, and have had a wonderful experience. Jaspreet has been diligent in providing tax related guidance to ensure proper filing, compliance with tax regulations, addressing audit related questions and any other questions we have promptly at any point.
