I bought a used car here. This place was clean and the service was good. Greg helped me a lot to buy a car. He was really nice and gentle. When I picked up the car, I was able to get a clean car. I was happy to buy a good car with Greg's help.

Phil was amazing to work with when purchasing my new vehicle! He was transparent and patient when answering all of my questions. In the end, I purchased an SUV that I am obsessed with. I purchased a used vehicle in June 2024 from Phil and the experiance was awsome. Recently I went away for the long weekend and my car required an oil change. It was a last minute trip and Phil and his team fit me in on Friday afternoon for the complimantary oil change. Great Work to the Progressive Team!

We had a great experience purchasing my daughter’s first car. Jason was super helpful and thorough. When something came up after purchase, they helped sort the issue and make my daughter comfortable and confident in her gained independence. She is learning how to speak up, ask questions and arrange her own appointments. They’ve been great and I will be going back next time we need a new vehicle!
Also, the price was excellent and no additional fees.

Phil and the staff are always amazing. I have referred multiple people here and they have all had great service. If you’re buying a used card this is place. They make sure all the cars are in good condition, show you the work they have put into them with a clear work order and are very upfront, easy going, and wanna make sure you’re getting the right car. Very happy with the purchase of a Kona.

I have bought multiple vehicles from Progressive and have never had a bad experience. They go above and beyond for their customers. I also enjoy that it’s a family run business! It’s also great they have a repair shop right down the street where I go for all my oil changes and anything else I need.

I recently purchased a pre-owed Kona and we are extremely happy with the whole experience!! Both Gord and Jason were absolutely awesome to deal with, ultra friendly, and not pushy at all. Not like your average car salesman. It was very refreshing!!
The Kona was advertised to have a remote start, however it didn’t actually have one. Without question, they honoured their word in the listing and ordered in and installed a remote start for me free of charge, and had it ready for me really quickly. I was offered a fair price on my trade in, and I’m loving my new ride so far! We will most definitely be recommending this place to anyone we know shopping for a pre-owned vehicle!

Would absolutely recommend Progressive if buying a used vehicle. Jason was great to deal with, he was really helpful and patient while we worked out which car was right for us - not pushy at all. The car we settled on is in great condition and really appreciated that they had it cleaned for us before we picked it up too. The whole experience was great, and a breath of fresh air after going to some of the other dealerships in Calgary!
