This is the second grad dress we have gotten from her even though we live in a different province we didn’t even consider going elsewhere! The owner lady (i forget her name) is always so kind and helpful she helps makes the experience even when the girls where nervous! She’s just great! The prices are way better than most any place we’ve found and i absolutely love the fact she has dresses for all sizes and you can buy it off the rack instead of waiting for an order. She’s also super accommodating, we had a mix up with our appointment and she came and opened the store early for us the next day since we were leaving! Highly Highly recommend!!

Rina, the owner, was extremely welcoming and kind towards me as i was shopping for my dress. We had come here after 2 not so great experiences at other shops, as soon as we got to Prom Forever we new it would be a good fit. The dresses here are stunning and well made, the price is also amazing for the quality and look of the dresses. Definitely recommend this dress shop if you are feeling un easy about finding a dress, my time here was great and if another dress is needed this shop will be my top choice. Thank you Prom Forever!

Phenomenal service! It was a pleasure shopping at the store. The owner was super sweet and knowledgeable. Additionally, she gave exceptional customer service. We weren’t rushed and in fact she encouraged us to try more dresses until we didn’t find the one. Even retry the one we were unsure about. I would definitely recommend this place. Will definitely be returning and sharing with others.

The young lady that was working was very sweet & helpful!! BUT....the older lady (assuming it was the owner) was horrible! She actually made my niece cry with rude & uncalled for comments regarding her size. She also advised that no one could order a dress now as it would NEVER come in time for the end of June grad. This information is incorrect as we were very much able to order elsewhere. We were told many times by this lady......only 5 dresses & 1 hr then we are "to leave". I completly understand this rule & why they have it but please don't keep saying it over & over again from the start of the appointment. It was very clear she didn't even want to help us. Unless, you are a size 0, please do not go to this store. The owner is not interested in helping you!

I had such an amazing experience at this store. The dresses were beautiful and the staff were amazing. I went in with a vision and came out with my dream dress. I’m so happy that I chose prom forever to find my perfect dress.

My daughter had the best experience picking out a prom dress. The staff were very knowledgeable, kind, professional and we didn’t feel rushed. Once we chose the dress they were wonderful to package it up and we were able to take it home the same day. We drove from High River and would definitely recommend this store to others looking for a dress.The whole experience was wonderful.

Extremely disappointed with the service we received. Felt very rushed no one helped us pull dresses and kept telling us you have one hour. We were only allowed to try on 5 dresses in total. It was very overwhelming with the amount in store. They do have alot or beautiful gowns though. Every dress we asked for they said we don’t have that size let look at a different style in store. They want to move dresses out of the store vs supporting customers with ordering the dress they want in their size. We found one we did like however, my daughter wanted some time to think about it. The sale associated quickly said oh that dress is discontinued and dresses are selling quickly this fall. Trying to scare my daughter into buying the dress on the spot. You can order the dress directly online from the brand. I went online and checked. So I feel they were just tying to make a quick sale and lied to us. Overall it was an unpleasant experience and I do not recommend shopping there for your prom dress.

What a great experience, my daughter had to get her picture with her lady!! The staff was kind, attentive and just as excited as we were!! Highly recommend!! Even hugged the owner before I left!
