Absolutely unacceptable experience with Purolator.
I ordered a standard game disc from GameStop Canada, which was supposed to arrive the same day. However, for some unknown reason, Purolator failed to deliver it — claiming the apartment number was missing from the address. That’s strange, considering I double-checked everything during checkout and the full address was provided correctly. So, from both my side and the retailer’s, everything was in order.
I thought, “Okay, mistakes happen,” and gave them the benefit of the doubt — expecting delivery in another day or two. But when the second attempt came, what happened was beyond frustrating.
The courier called me through the intercom. I answered and buzzed him in — assuming he would come upstairs. Instead, he rang again. I thought maybe the door didn’t open in time, so I buzzed him in once more. Then he called a third time. I told him directly that I had opened the door and he could bring the parcel up. His response? “I’ll just mark this as a failed delivery.” And then he left. I got dressed and rushed downstairs to stop him — but he was already driving off.
Two delivery attempts — both failed not because of my mistake, but because the courier simply didn’t want to do his job. This is unacceptable and disgraceful.
Now I have to retrieve my parcel from some depot in the middle of nowhere — and I have no idea when I’ll even be able to get it. Excellent service, truly.
If you care about your time, your deliveries, or basic professionalism — avoid Purolator at all costs.

The worst delivery experience ever with Purolator.
I was at home waiting for my order and suddenly received an email saying it wasn’t delivered. I immediately called customer service and stayed on the line for 1 hour and 20 minutes just to schedule a pickup.
The response I got? Sometimes drivers call sometimes they just leave a note.
No explanation no accountability.
I then received an email with a pickup location. I drove 20 minutes only to be told that my delivery wasn’t there the driver had apparently taken it back for delivery again.
When I called the hotline again the representative was rude and arrogant and simply told me she had no idea where my package was. No help no solution just a complete lack of care.
Absolutely unacceptable service from Purolator.

The owner of this location charges $4 to print a return label (one piece of paper)(which is not allowed as per purolator rules) and if you question the price he will respond rudely and will then refuse your package.

They never deliver any packages, you need to visit the office yourself. Avoid this service if you can! And also they take an hour lunch break 12:30 to 1:30 , so plan in advance if you need to pickup any package. Basically you pay the service for not delivering to your home!!

Experience was terrible, delivery drivers seem to not want to follow simple instructions.
I was refreshing my feed waiting for package, I took time off work to wait for my package. Apparently a few moments when I refreshed there was “attempted delivery” there was no update, no news of anything. It doesn’t make sense they could have left my package in the lobby and I could’ve have received it today. They could have used my buzzer to attempt or called even.
I now have to take time off yet again to go and retrieve my package that I was waiting for. Ridiculous.

Terrible service. I don't have a printer so I asked the man working to print my shipping labels... He charged me $16 dollers for 4 peices of paper. After looking at the receipt it's from his own payment system and not a purolator system. Don't use this location.

I came here to return a parcel to Purolator, the employee said that they typically don't do these types of returns but she took it anyway because it was a small object. She really saved me some trouble.

Tiny unlabed door in some sort of strip mall care home set up that is closed anyway. Dont waste your time trying to go to this location
