Never ever they even try to deliver your parcel to the address. They leave a note about pick up time on your door even when you are behind that door at the moment. Nobody tries to phone you as well. If I could to put -5 stars I would do that. A joke, not a delivery company

Worst delivery company ever! I live in an apartment building, the intercom is connected to my cell phone. On July 24, the courier rang the intercom and I opened the door for him, but the driver didn’t go up to the building and deliver the package! He just rang the intercom and drove away! On July 25 at 8:58, the driver called the intercom again, and at 8:55 I received a text message that I could pick up the parcel at the delivery point. So the company didn't even plan to deliver my parcel! The message about the delivery point came before the driver arrived! He probably didn't even take my package with him! I really hope this company closes someday! Such companies shouldn’t exist!

My partner and I come here whenever we need to mail something or return an Amazon package and each time the service is superb! The staff are so kind and friendly and they make the process so easy.

The second time, I sent very important parts for medical equipment and mentioned that it should be by air the next day. The second time, it was sent by ground with delays. It is very disappointing ? so some medical equipment can not be fixed on time.

A delivery company that doesn't deliver. They just leave a slip saying the missed you and the paying customer has to go pick it up. I never choose Purolator as a shipping option online, and when it's the only option, I'll shop elsewhere. The worst.

Amazon returns are super easy. No return slip needs to be pre-printed or pre-packaging of the return item. All you need is the return QR code from the Amazon app. The lady with the glasses that was working was very helpful and friendly.
