I have never been so dissappointed in such poor service EVER!!! I called to the Quarks Shoes- Souithcentre early this afternoon and spoke with C. (out of respect will not state her name as apparently it was her first day) She sounded quite knowledgeable on the phone and assisted with UK sizing. She then put aside a pair of black Remonte boots with my name and said I had until tomorrow close to pick them up. C. even claimed she was holding them in her hands while I was on the phone with her. The roads in Calgary are icy and snow covered from our weekend snow blizzard and a work collegue stopped on her way home to pick them up for me.... No boots!!! I had never heard of Quarks Shoes before, and after this experience, not only do I wish I had never heard of them.... will never shop there either.

Still have not received my shoes that I paid $100.00 for. Customer service will not answer the phone or emails? Would really like my money back if you have no intention of fulfilling my order.

Recently I made three orders online, multiple shoes each time, all canceled by them. I used to purchase for few years now, sadly this is not a service one would expect after years. Will not be ordering from them anymore unless I am willing to be disappointed again.

Wife purchased a pair of boots there two days ago. Tried them on at home in different socks and didn't like the fit.Tried to return them but the staff at the store argued with her and claimed they're too worn to return, two days and one pair of socks later. No exchange, no service. Thanks for your money and merry Christmas.Lesson learned. Will avoid this place and shop at the other half dozen shoe stores in the mall where we've never had a problem.You should them too.

DO NOT GET REMONTE Spent 250 and got a defective part and the replacement was defective as well but they won't do anything. They expect me to use super glue. and I can't even find the company remotes phone number

I want to give a huge shout out to Meagan at the Southcentre location! She provides fantastic customer service and it truly shows that she loves her job. I have never shopped at Quarks before and I will most definitely return because of Meagan and her excellent customer service. Having owned a retail business myself for 33 years I truly appreciate when someone provides such great service. High five Meagan, and thank you for being above and beyond EXCELLENT!

Okay customer service. Not well laid out. Can be confusing when looking for a specific item. Staff serving me was good. Manager interjected and was very unkind. Did not like her at all. Very bad attitude.

There's some good quality shoes here. If you can't find your size they can look up if any are available and you can order them online. Online orders can be returned to the store too! The service was friendly and very patient.
