I was not expecting to find my dress here but I was pleasantly surprised!! The experience was lovely and the staff really focuses on your process. They pulled amazing dresses for me and all of them were gorgeous. The entire experience was wonderful!

I SAID YES TO THE DRESS. If you are looking to book an appointment with another bridle company, don't. At rococo they had every dress I have ever imagined. The staff there were impeccable to say the least, very understanding and friendly. Everyone you're search for a dress will end here. I definitely recommend rococo brides, if I could give more stars I would.

My experience at Rococo was wonderful! The women helping me were so kind and understanding, and even when it became clear that they didn't have a dress for me in-store, they still let me use my appointment time to help me figure out what I did and didn't like in a dress. There was no "forcing a sale." I also had the whole store to myself on a Saturday morning which was such a calming experience!

The dresses are stunning. The store is nicely decorated, comfortable and have nice welcoming touches for your appointment. The staff do a fabulous job of picking out dresses that are within the budget. Dresses are an excellent balance of quality and price. Highly recommend!

I said yes to the dress at Rococo! The ladies were so accommodating, friendly, & knowledgeable. The third dress I tried on gave me “that feeling” but I did check out 2 other bridal shops before making my decision. I just kept thinking about this dress! The dress was super affordable & absolutely stunning. I also purchased my veil from here as well.If you’re looking for a reasonably priced, high quality bridal gown - I recommend rococo brides 100%! Thank you so much to the wonderful staff on helping me choose my beautiful dress! I can’t wait to wear it in August!

This is such a hidden gem for wedding dress shopping. The dresses are absolutely stunning, with great price points and unique styles that I feel are not carried elsewhere. The Pollardi line they carry is so beautiful. The shop is beautiful, parking free, and the personalized experience Gia and Lexi offer is above and beyond. They were so kind, helpful, and fun to shop with, and made me feel very special during the appointment. I love that they let you choose the dresses you want to try on!

The staff at Rococo were extremely helpful and listened to exactly what I was envisioning for a dress. They had a great selection of dresses to try on and we’re very welcoming. After a long day of dress shopping, it was such a relief coming to a store that wanted to help you find that perfect dress. I would highly suggest shopping here!

The staff at Rococo was amazing! I was honestly overwhelmed with wedding dress shopping given how many different styles and options are out there but the ladies at Rococo were fantastic. They took the time to ask questions and listen which made the whole experience a lot easier and stress free. They have a wonderful selection of beautiful dresses and with their help I was able to find my perfect dress.

Alexa at Rococo Bride was amazing!I was nervous and a little stressed out. But the staff made me feel comfortable and eased my nerves as soon as I walked through the door. Alexa listened carefully and took careful note as I described what I was looking for. She was so patient as she helped me find my dream wedding dress for my upcoming big day with ease. Thank you Alexa for making this experience a delightful one. Highly recommend. 5/5

At Rococo Bride, we had a wonder time finding the perfect wedding dress for my fiancée. Gia and Thuy were incredibly helpful, taking their time to understand our preferences and budget. They offer the best prices and an amazing collection. Highly recommend for anyone in need of a wedding dress!

I was so excited to go here. I read the reviews online. My friend booked us in & a group of us went. We were finished our lunch early so called to see if we could come early by chance, thinking it wouldn't hurt to have extra time as an hour is a very limited amount of time to try dresses & find "the one". We had been to the Bridal Centre that morning and had a wonderful experience. At rococo, Gia was wonderful in working with me, helping me dress & so forth, but I didn't feel like her or the other associate, which seemed to be her daughter, cared if they made a sale. The other girl was very snooty and did not belong in a bridal shop. It was an exciting day for me and she brought down the whole vibe.I had 3 friends along, my mom & my mother in law to be.. so there were 5 of them, and everyone had the same opinion when we left.Further, It was so hot in there, that not only was trying on dresses gross (I feel for the poor people who might buy that off the rack and don't even realize how many other people - because I sure did - sweat like crazy in them.. ew) but my mother in law and one of my best friends, pregnant with twins, could barely bare the room and had to get up and go to the front to walk around on the cold floor wih their bare feet. It was hotter inside than outside that day, you felt it noticeably warmer when you walked in from outside. Not ideal for a bridal shop. Everyone was sweating and fanning themselves, but not one of their comments was even acknowledged. rococo must not have air conditioning, or fans, because it was simply uncomfortable. This made everyone have a hard time enjoying the whole experience.And finally, with only an hour - they kicked us out 5 minutes early. My mom had asked her if they had a style of dress and she said they did.. a couple of minutes later I went back to change into it and asked what I was trying on since there wasn't a dress in the room and Gia told me I was done. She said her next appointment would be here soon. I didn't have my watch on, but after changing, came out and there was still 5 minutes left in the hour. We were 15 minutes early as it was, so 20 minutes before the next appointment. I was kind of taken back but just changed and we left. They weren't overly friendly, didn't say they hoped I came back, didn't say much of anything. And then, while we stood there chatting in the parking lot, they just sat there, and no other customer came that whole time. We all felt like they wanted us out of there from the moment we walked in, and it was such an awkward vibe. Really disappointing way to end the day. Some beautiful dresses, but after this experience, I don't think I would bother returning to try any more and all 6 of us definitely wouldn't recommend.

I had a wonderful experience at Rococo Brides. Gia and her team curated a collection of dresses for me that were exactly what I was looking for. Every single one I tried on made me feel beautiful. They were always patient and supportive throughout the process.I potentially needed a dress within a short time frame, and they did everything they could to make sure that if that was the case, I’d get it on time.They offered thoughtful advice and were extremely accommodating, making the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable.In the end, I found my dream wedding dress. I highly recommend Rococo Brides for anyone looking for a great wedding dress shopping experience. I’m so excited for my dress to come in!!! Thank you!

This was my favourite place of the three bridal shops I went to. The shop itself is beautiful, spacious and unpretentious. The woman helping me (the owner I later found out) seemed to understand the style I was after right away. There was a wonderful selection of beautiful dresses that were exactly my size and within my budget and best of all, I was able to buy something off the rack and take it home with me that day which was important because I flew in from out of town. I highly recommend this place.

Gia was SO amazing in helping me find my dress!! She was so helpful and supportive. She helped me find my perfect gown by suggesting I try something completely different. I had SUCH a wonderful experience with her and would HIGHLY recommend you add rococo to your list of bridal shops to try when looking for your perfect dress for your special day <3
