Plastic garbage and unsecured building materials from your Griffith Point development have been blowing onto Tsuut'ina lands, Discovery Drive and Stoney Trail. Would be appreciated if RareBuilt could respect and leave the Discovery Ridge community in the clean manner in which you found it. From past reviews, it appears others have made similar complaints. Disappointing that RareBuilt continue to disrespect our beautiful community.

After a very disappointing experience with my first homebuilder, I took a chance on RareBuilt for the purchase of my second home, and I am so thankful that I did. My experience with RareBuilt has been nothing short of remarkable, completely restoring my faith in the homebuilding process. Everyone I’ve encountered on the RareBuilt team has been incredible, from the sales team, project manager, to the warranty team. The quality of workmanship and the meticulous attention to detail has been evident in every aspect of the construction process. Post construction, I encountered a few very minor cosmetic issues, which is to be expected with a new build. However, the responsiveness and efficiency of the warranty team has been outstanding. They addressed and resolved these issues promptly, further reinforcing RareBuilt’s obvious dedication to client satisfaction, even after handing over the keys. After going from living in one construction site to another, I have to add, RareBuilt’s worksite is impeccably organized and pristine. It’s a true testament to their meticulousness and respect for the surrounding community.In short, RareBuilt's unwavering commitment to client satisfaction has transformed my homebuilding journey into an exceptionally positive experience. Griffth Pointe owner wanna thank to the team of Rarebuilt. The finishing is top notch with high quality materials without paying tons of upgrade $$$. Victoria (Torrie) showed her professionalism and patience. We spoke out our thought on the designs, she was super friendly and helpful. She made everything happened and built.Ryan keeps communicates with us to fix those defects and flaws. He is responsive (sometimes at midnight) and helpful.Kristina is a professional salesperson. She always cares clients' feelings.The only complaint so far is the condo board and policy. Lack of communication. Curtain is not allowed. Forced the residents to put on ugly blinds. It is quite non-sense.We love the house built by rarebuilt.

Purchased a townhome with Rarebuilt in their Griffith woods project in Discovery (2022) . The level of customization was excellent and the quality of craftsmanship blew me away. Really enjoyed working alongside their in house designer who helped my partner and I build a perfect home. My custom rainfall shower with marble tiling really brings me happiness every day. I would happily do business with the Rarebuilt team on another project in the future.Services: Luxury home building
