Good location right at intersection of Centre St. and 4 St. NW. Lots of variety since they acquired T & T supermarket, prices matched competitors, cheaper than Safeway.

Very bad service. They don’t do price match on their flyers. I came all the way because the flyer had promotion on one item, and when I went for check out, they told me that there was a mistake on the flyer, and they can’t give me the deal on the flyer. It was their mistake, but they can’t give me the price match. They don’t feel sorry for this mistake even I told them I came all the way for this deal. It is a fraud, with a good deal on the flyer and then told you they can’t sale it on the flyer price in the store. Will never come back again.

I come to this store weekly and spend hundreds here. I usually shop on Sundays and every checkout is open. Today, less than half of the checkouts were open. I'm pretty sure other families shop on the same day. It's a known busy day, so why are there only 5 checkouts open and 7 are closed? This area is rich with grocery stores. Maybe it's time for me to spend my money elsewhere. Very disappointing.

Never coming back here every couple months they move stuff around to different places making shopping a waste of time they removed all the spices to put can soup here for no reason all the shrimp is from India even with the date not expired the shrimp sometimes smells foul

PC Express is a super-slow slug, requiring 30-40 minute waits. They're also deceptive, telling you to wait 10 minutes every time. The service is absolutely terrible.

I am a regular customer of Real Canadian superstore ,Country Hills ,Calgary.
But I am not happy about paying $11 for filter water bottle, while Soby's and Saveon Foods have filter water station and charge only $2.99 for 18.5 liter !
I hope the authority will see my concern and install the station at the stores.

This place is a joke. Went at 7:30 am to get cold and flu medication and found out you can only purchase brand name expensive products. The pharmacy locks up the affordable generic brands over night until the pharmacist arrived later in the morning forcing hard-working people to spend more money than they have to.

This is my home store and has been for many years but my most recent grocery run was met with cashier Lisa who either has a bad attitude or she was just down right racist, the counter was wet so asked her for paper towel to dry same which is her job but it wasn’t a big deal for me to wipe since it’s my grocery. She ignored my request and on the 3rd request she nodded her head yet she only wiped the counter after she finished cashing my groceries clearly for the white customer behind me. I had to scatter my things in order not to get them wet. I asked her other questions as it relates to my groceries and again, she was deaf only responding after the 3rd request. Additionally I had to strain my ear and kept asking her to repeat her response. I was so annoyed, I eventually had to tell her she had a bad attitude, an attitude that does not warrant her being in customer service. When you are in customer service you are dealing with people from all walks of life, and if you are not prepared to do that then, find a job where you don’t have to deal with people, not sure what kind of job that is but just saying.

I’m genuinely disappointed and frustrated after my recent experience at Canadian Superstore. I went to pick up my online order, expecting a smooth and convenient process — but it turned out to be one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
I arrived at the store on time, checked in for pickup, and waited patiently in my car. Minutes passed… 10 minutes, 20 minutes — still no sign of anyone bringing out my order. I finally called the store to check what was going on. The person who answered sounded completely disinterested, didn’t bother to apologize, and had a rude tone. I thought maybe they were just having a bad moment, but after calling three times, the same attitude continued — full of ego, no courtesy, no sense of responsibility toward customers.
It’s beyond frustrating to sit and wait for over 25 minutes for a simple pickup order, while being treated as if I’m the one causing a problem. I wasn’t asking for anything extra — just the order I paid for and a bit of respect. Instead, I was met with unprofessional behavior and a total lack of care.
This experience really shows how much customer service has declined at this location. The employees I spoke with seemed irritated, impatient, and unwilling to help. There was no apology, no explanation, and definitely no sense of urgency. It honestly felt like they were doing me a favor just by answering the phone — when in reality, I’m a paying customer who deserves basic respect.
It’s sad to see a big brand like Canadian Superstore allowing this kind of behavior. People choose this store because they trust the name and expect reliability, not to deal with rude staff who clearly don’t care about their jobs or customers.
The whole experience left a really bad impression. If this is how the pickup department is being managed, it seriously needs attention from upper management. Employees need proper training on communication, empathy, and how to treat customers with decency.
I hope someone from management actually reads this and takes it seriously. No one should have to call multiple times, wait half an hour, and still get attitude from staff for just trying to pick up an order. Very disappointing, and I honestly don’t feel like coming back to this location anytime soon.
