Customer service doesn't exist at all. All of the employees never say hi to you, theyre not friendly, theyre just there. If you act friendly towards them they just look like robots and don't say anything back. I always have problems at self checkout and the tills at the regular checkout are always long. I only come here because it's close to work otherwise I would never enter this store again.

Best store to buy grocery as I met one of their employee name Kirandeep; she has good customer service skills and also a good cashier. Apart from that she also has helping and humble nature towards customer. As I think she can play a good supervisor role in the store.

This is a great grocery and more. Pharmacy, housewares, children's toys and more. Not busy early on the weekends. Shelves are well stocked and aisles have always been clear during my weekly visits. Pricing is great for most things. Great selection of international foods. Easy access to Southland LRT Station so great for non drivers like myself. Would definitely recommend this store to others.

When I came today, I found a picture of a can of tuna at 99 cents placed at the main door. When I went to shop and took five cans and went to the cashier, I found the price of the can was completely different, at 2.69 each. I went to customer service and the employee responded to me with a very bad response. I think there is a mistake in dealing with customers. I hope you take this matter into consideration.

We chose to opt for the reusable box swap because of the large cardboard boxes that had to be dismantled and recycled. We are disappointed that on many occasions we have our groceries brought out to the vehicle in large cardboard boxes. We contacted PC express and have been told that either there are not any boxes available, the boxes are missing carrying straps or the staff are not aware that the groceries should be packed in reusable boxes. Why was this program introduced when the protocol or resources are not available for proper execution? The idea is great but we are still faced either with dismantling the cardboard boxes or waiting for the staff to repack the groceries into our reusable boxes.This takes time and is inconvenient however the staff are friendly and apologetic.

After complaining directly to an employee about moldy cheese being left on the shelf, I physically saw them go over and ignore it. Maybe Superstore corporate should question the store manager about how poorly ran this store has become recently.
Disappointing that all the stores in Calgary seem to have a lack of competent managers watching over the store. I don’t blame the employee as much considering they’re not paid enough to “really” care.

Every time we order from them, they just forget several things and always charge us still. Its getting frustrating have to contact them every time they forget something. not to mention they make it near impossible to contact customer support now.

We were treated very rudely and unkindly by an employee at the self-checkout at 4:20 PM. We clearly told the employee that we would each be checking out 25 items separately, and as we were doing so, she suddenly went over to my husband's checkout, snatched his receipt, and called the next person. We felt utterly humiliated. We never want to see such a rude person again.
