Justin was so helpful in helping me decide between two colour options. He was very knowledgeable about the different methods for recolouring and oiling and I was very thankful for his assistance ! Only sad thing about red wing is you won’t be in the store often due to how long their products last. I love shopping here and the staff are incredible.

Been wearing redwing boots for the last 15 years. They really are the best boots out there!. I’m writing a review because of the customer service I received at this location. The salesman Justin, was extremely attentive, incredibly knowledgable and very friendly throughout the process. He helped me find the right boots with the right insoles. I highly recommend going to see Justin to pick up a pair! He really does go the extra mile! Thanks again, Justin!

Always friendly and great service. I have seen some reviews saying they were the worst boots ever. Well I got a part from 2018 and 2019 that are still awesome boots. And I’m in construction in the tunnelling industry. Not a work ware friendly environment. I have had the one repair on each but considering the age. That’s nothing. I did buy a new pair in 2024. Awesome fit and light weight. My one and only work boots.

Gentleman working april 26th went above and beyond.
First time in the store and he explained the different boots as well as their sperate insole system.
Very approachable and friendly.
This is exactly what great customer service is all about.

Always good service, been buying boots and having them cleaned and repaired here for 4 years now. Good quality boots and they stand behind their product.
Update: I have had a few issues now where I've dropped boots off for repair and paid for a toe cap, for the third time now I have not recieved that toe cap. I have been credited for it but everytime I try and get it done I'm phoned and told my boots are ready I drive an hour to get here and pick up but they aren't capped. Very frustrating.

It took me 3 times to get new shoes since I was showing up right before they closed I'm a trucker the the USA, I love the Red wings that is all I buy every year this time I went for the biggest purchase at once the salesman was awesome got a pair only for snow and 2 others that I liked they are truly waterproof

I purchased a pair of boots back in July and they had a manufacturer defect in October. I inquired about having them fixed or replaced on warranty and no one blinked an eye. They said absolutely. As I have large feet, they needed to be ordered, but they came in in a timely fashion, and I just received a phone call from a very pleasant employee named Justin, who informed me that my boots have arrived. So not only does red wing stand behind their product, but the people at this location were fabulous to do business with. I will be returning for more footwear in the future.

My $450 boots are falling apart after less than 2 weeks, my speed hooks have come out of the boots. I brought my boots in to the shop and was told that this is considered "normal wear and tear" and that they will not honor my warranty. Was previously a loyal customer and now will never shop there again and will take them to small claims court for my money back. Absolutely ridiculous!
