It took me 3 times to get new shoes since I was showing up right before they closed I'm a trucker the the USA, I love the Red wings that is all I buy every year this time I went for the biggest purchase at once the salesman was awesome got a pair only for snow and 2 others that I liked they are truly waterproof

I purchased a pair of boots back in July and they had a manufacturer defect in October. I inquired about having them fixed or replaced on warranty and no one blinked an eye. They said absolutely. As I have large feet, they needed to be ordered, but they came in in a timely fashion, and I just received a phone call from a very pleasant employee named Justin, who informed me that my boots have arrived. So not only does red wing stand behind their product, but the people at this location were fabulous to do business with. I will be returning for more footwear in the future.

My $450 boots are falling apart after less than 2 weeks, my speed hooks have come out of the boots. I brought my boots in to the shop and was told that this is considered "normal wear and tear" and that they will not honor my warranty. Was previously a loyal customer and now will never shop there again and will take them to small claims court for my money back. Absolutely ridiculous!

Poor customer service. I called asking if they had the red wing moc toe 10877 boots. They assured me they did and said they would set them aside for me to pick up. When I showed up, they handed me a pair of Irish setters comp toe boots. I told them this is not what we discussed over the phone. They looked in the back, didn't have them. Looked at the online inventory, told me they had system errors. I called the next day and they said they meant to call me sooner to tell me they can't get them at all.
Funny how both the Kelowna and Red Deer store told me they had no problem getting them for me. I'm glad the calgary store is not affiliated to those two stores because I gladly gave my business to the Red Deer location.

What an amazing experience getting orthopedic shoes and insoles at the North Hill location. Bashar was so helpful and very friendly. I can't recommend this store enough.

Beat place to buy any type of footwear you need. And work boots come with a lifetime of cleaning, oiling and laces. These boots are over 5 years old!

I thought I was buying a high quality boot so I decided to try redwing boots. I spent $527 with insoles and leather conditioner. I work in construction and the boots started falling apart after about 8 months. When I took them back to the store they said to get someone to fix them. By far these are the worst boots I have ever purchased in my 35 years in construction and I won’t recommend them to anyone . I will also be letting the people in my industry know about the poor quality of these boots. They say you get what you pay for but in this case it’s a big mistake I made by purchasing these boots.

Always excellent customer service and friendly staff for all your footwear needs. I cant recommend Red Wing enough. The safety shoes are very heavy duty but have fiberglass shell so they are lighter than my normal pair of shoes. The shoes way outlast anything else and for me there is maybe a day break in period but my feet have never been sore even working on concrete. Pairing the safety shoes with the Red Wing socks has been the best unbeatable decision I have ever made.

I bought a pair of 1907 boots from a website (altitude sports). After two months there was a tear on the toe, by the stitching. I brought them in for repairs and received a brand new pair for free instead. The person who helped me said he had never seen these boots rip the way mine had, especially after only 2 months.
