The worst Customer service at Reena Fabric ever we bought to pair of Panjabi for Eid they were very rude and uneducated with zero manners. I believe when we purchase something with Cash we are not given any GST but they still charge us for it. I don't mind the charges but they way they do customer service it's unprofessional. I am very disappointed with my experience. Not even about the GST your customer service is zero!

I honestly don't understand the bad reviews of this store.
I just visited today for the second time, and the ladies who work here are so helpful and kind. The variety of fabrics here are astounding, and the prices are great.

The tall girl with glasses was rude., the senior saleslady wanted to assust but the tall rude girl sent her at the back and told me to check kurtis in the front

Worst store experience ever. Clerk was mean and nasty and rude. Will never shop here. Go to any other Indian store where the clerks are nice to customers. Not happening here. Very disappointing.
