All I can say is the representative: Ashley Zelko is on fire! Reitman's head office, give that girl a RAISE! Her customer service was unlike any other I have ever encountered, and she needs to be recognized. Thank you Ashley for all your help last Thursday, March 28th, with my complex transactions in the store. I am so happy to keep coming to this store if you work there. K.S.

Very dissapointed, I went to the store today to try on some jeans that I saw yesterday during my christmas shopping. I found my size and went to try them on. I asked for a smaller size, tehy didnt have it so decided to take the one thatvI have tried on. I got to the cashier and the same young lady shory hair kind of blondy who helped me the night before with the christmas shopping, she tries to scan the jeans and did noy have the tag, so I went and gran another one for her, she started doing some tag in case I wanted to returned it. Then, she gave me a different price and i showed her the tag and she said ok, then she keep digging in the screen and said thry were more because they were different color. I told her they were in the same pile as the other one, she said no these are different colot even though they looked the same, I told her that I was noy going to pay more when they were on same area, if she could.match the price and she waa overwritting the price, and ahe all the suden said no I cant, sorry. SO, I SAID REALLY, YOU WASTE MY 39 MINUTES IN TRYING THE JEANS AND WAITING ALL WHAT YOU CHECKED IN THE SCREEN, NOW NO JEANS. THANKS FOR YOUR HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Never going to that store again. Lost a customer for stupid $8-10 diference

Saturday sale was amazing. I tried on lots the staff where totally helpful. Ashley was amazing. Fantastic at her job and great at talking and treating people right. All the ladies on Saturday where amazing. Well done

There is a sad, pathetic women that works there, shorter blonde hair, mid forties. I ordered two items for pick up and I wanted to try them before leaving the store. The first two ladies at the till were very professional but the change room lady (shoulder length blonde hair in her 40’s) was the most obnoxious person I’ve ever met. All I wanted to do was try on and she went into a whole speech and asking questions how they processed the order at the front. That’s literally not my Job, nor should I care? I paid for the order and I had the item- I did my job. She kept going on and on about it with me that I finally just ignored her and stopped talking.She had thought I left and I could hear her gossiping about me because I didn’t follow their process- again that’s not my job to care, I paid and the women handed me the bag- I did what the till lady ask of me.Lastly I went to try to something on and she wasn’t around so I left it in the room. While I was leaving she sprinted to the change ro to make sure I didn’t steal. I am a professional that’s make in one hour what she makes in a day- I’m not about to steal $50 pair .She is obviously on a power trip of some sort. M

Just don’t shop alone. I have gone to this reitmans before, this location is usually quieter and their sales section is quite extensive. But I went today by myself, I looked at the jeans online and had memorized a few I wanted to try. When I walked in I was greeted from afar. At the time no one was available to help, so I went on my own and pulled the sizes I needed of the 5 jeans from the website. I went to the fitting rooms and employee (A) opened one up for me. The two employees were both busy still which is fine I was content as I knew my size and my desired style. By the time I was done no one had come to check on me. I dropped off the no gos and continued to browse other styles. I collected 4 when associate (B) approached and asked if they could start me a fitting room then she recommended I come out with every try on… I found that weird. Once I was in the fitting room it was then I overheard employee (B) telling employee (A) that I was “setting off loss prevention alarms“ in her head and that’s why they had me come out of the fitting room with every pair of pants I tried. As someone who struggles with body image and weight I felt completely exposed, not to mention with every pair of pants they told me how good they looked even when some were visibly uncomfortable. There was also no way for me to reject showing off every try on without looking like I was planning to steal. I would also rather not need to explain my struggles with self image to a strangers, I left feeling very pressured, I ended up with some slacks but no jeans.I understand loss prevention, I work in retail. But i felt very exposed and kind of hurt, recognized sales associate (B) and have shopped at that location multiple times. Maybe let the associates know their voices carry even if they’re standing outside the fitting rooms. Or if someone had offered some assistance earlier loss prevention wouldn’t have been a concern. There were better ways to go about this than practically forcing me to show off a body I’m not proud of in jeans that made me feel insecure. If I do come back I definitely won’t return alone.

Love this store and the staff is excellent... but I have to say that I'm disappointed by the new shorter length tops. ( In all styles.. pjs, dress shirts etc). I raise my arms and my belly is exposed. And I'm an xl. It's very disheartening that most plus tops are like this now.. I find myself choosing another store simply because the tops are not long enough. Just wanted to pass that along !

Went shopping on November 26, 2022. All the sales associates were so pleasant and helpful today. I big shout out to Cara(hope I spelled her name correctly). She helped me find a beautiful blouse, a top, and some dressy winter gloves.
