The Remington YMCA in Quarry Park is a compact and clean facility described as a cute, small, or little location. It offers a variety of workout options with a gym on the first floor, a weight room upstairs, and a small walking area for circuits. The pool area includes a kid's pool with an activity set and basketball net, a large hot tub, and swim lanes with a sloping bottom. The change room is a universal, open locker area with private family or individual change rooms to the sides; note that gendered change rooms require an extra fee. The atmosphere is friendly, inclusive, and generally not too busy, though it can get very crowded during specific times, such as Friday mornings when summer camps use the pool. Staff, including lifeguards and instructors, are noted as being really friendly and nice. The facility is well-maintained and does not have a typical gym smell. Membership is an investment, priced at eighty dollars per month for a single person as of April 2024. The location also benefits from having a library nearby.
Pretty small compared to Seton! Both are equal distances from my house but this location is closer to work so I think that's the only reason I'd go here. Also it's weird that they make you pay extra for gendered change rooms? It's not like that at seton

Spent most of the time at the library, but it seems like a chill and fun place

Smaller facility but has what I need. Pool, gym and basketball court.
