I went to Riley's a while ago to ask if they could make the Bantam Stampeders a strong durable adhesive decal that we could put on our new step over bags.
I dealt with Dan at Riley's who was very friendly and Riley's made us a high- tack decal we used on the vinyl bags and they work perfectly .

I have used Rileys a few times now for my printing needs and I really appreciate the knowledgeable and friendly staff. I like that when I call, I get to speak to an actual person and not an automated system. When I have asked for a quote, it arrives within hours rather than days. I look forward to using them again soon because I can trust that my order will arrive exactly as I requested it and it will be great quality.

My company uses them from scans of large blueprints for construction. Scans are done promptly. Electronic pdfs can be sent to you. They communicate when complete and can deliver for a small cost if required. Will continue to use them.

Way too much attitude from staff. A snooty girl was working the counter. I made a simple request to get a colour print of a drawing I had done. When I came back to pick it up, the image hadn't been enlarged at all and I was charged $50.00. I could just as well have gone to Staples and had a colour print done for a couple of bucks.

Very frustrating trying to deal with the customer service from this company. I was new to printing and had some very basic questions about wedding invitations. I provided a lot of information in my initial email requesting a quote and Michelle responded as though she hadn't even read my email. She asked me questions to which the answers were already provided and that was the trend through out my experience with riley's. When i received the samples they were blurry and of very poor quality, when I asked why or if there was something I could do to provide a better file type (it was an extremely clear PDF file that no other printing company seemed to have a problem with in the end) she was of no help. Overall really frustrating experience with them and if you're looking to print small quality, i wouldn't recommend it. They provide poor quality products.
