We always loved Roche Bobois designs and decided to acquire some pieces for our new home from their Calgary showroom. Though we reside quite a distance away, their remote services were excellent. Their design consultant, Luisa, excelled in bringing our vision to life - the process was highly collaborative, encompassing floor plans, meticulous material reviews, and insightful discussions on how the furnishings would harmonize with our interiors. Delivery was handled with equal care, with their manager personally traveling to our city to oversee the process. I recommend Roche Bobois Calgary for anyone in search of innovative, high-end furniture; they exceeded our expectations!

We are in Calgary visiting a friend and decided to stop by this store. The furniture wowed us once we walked in. There was so many interactive pieces and unique designs that we have never seen before. Luisa was very friendly and gave us a tour, like a museum. We cannot afford anything here but I would definitely recommend to visit at least once in your lifetime.

We have ordered sofas on several occasions through RB and they are excellent quality handmade in Italy or France.Our last purchase just arrived, but there was an error and the wrong chaises were ordered. Ray, the owner, made sure the error was corrected and ordered a new piece right away. Although this was inconvenient its important to have good customer protection in place. The quality of the furniture itself is excellent.

STAY FAR AWAY. One of the salesclerks is unhinged. He has been seen verbally and physically assaulting 3 women outside of the business in the past 2 months.He hit a female photographer and physically threw the female model. He tried to smash the window of another woman's car.The women who work in the nearby buildings are terrified of him and often require security to escort them to and from their cars because they are so frightened. Stay safe.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! Their customer service is horrendous. The man "helping" me was rude, made me very uncomfortable. Was looking for a unique piece of furniture but will not find it here. They were so unprofessional that we walked out. Need to be taught manners.

We are so thrilled with the service we received from Marco at the Calgary Roche Bobois!!! He totally helped us customize our new condo space and the 3D drawings helped immensely with spacing!! The measurements and advice he provided us was perfect!! The owner of the store personally saw to the delivery across Canada to our new home in Ottawa and the white glove delivery service is amazing!!!! All of the colours of our pieces came together amazingly and we are so happy in our new space and everyone raves about our furniture and how comfortable it is!!! Thank you so much!!!
