Recently, we visited the Rogers store in the Core Shopping Mall. Andy was very helpful, spending over two hours assisting us with trading in our old phone and purchasing a new one with a plan. We are grateful to him for providing such excellent service! ?

Annoying customer service in the store today. The Roger’s sales rep kept talking over me and had rude attitude. If you don’t like your job quit.

Would give 0 stars if possible. This is quite literally the WORST Rogers in all of Calgary. It used to be managed by an individual named Mike I believe, who was AMAZING, is literally the reason I ended up going with Rogers. However recently they are now under new management and it has gone DOWN HILL.
My upfront edge was up in the month of August. This location specifically called me and texted me 4 times in July telling me not to forget to come in to trade my phone in. I also received several emails from Corporate during this time. So I went in July to see what my options were. They then told me that if I returned my phone in July instead of August I would have to pay the trade in cost of the phone (which was $400). Why would you literally harass me multiple times calling and texting me in JULY if I actually couldn't return my phone until August? I was told a ton of misinformation about my own plan and my options moving forward by the individuals at this location. Avoid at all cost. This store is the reason I cancelled my plan with Rogers and switched to Telus. If you are adamant about staying with Rogers - I would urge you to not and instead visit Chinook Fido as they actually know what they're talking about. Avoid this Rogers at all costs.

Now I'm coming home with an iPhone that I bought at the cat store, my phone is new.... Replaced the display, which turned out to be defective, changed the rear camera and changed the front camera twice ..... I'm going now, terrified. I don't advise anyone to buy anything here. I have described from the salon IPhone for each repair, but the horror is that I wanted to buy a new phone for quality photos, and overcame such problems, and what to do with those now who will tell me?!

My recent experience at the Rogers store in Calgary was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. I visited the store with the intention of trading in my old phone for credit, a process that was previously indicated could be done separately from the new phone purchase. However, upon speaking with Shawn, an employee at the store, I was met with confusion and a lack of accountability.
Shawn informed me that the trade-in should have been completed on the same day as my new phone purchase, contradicting what another employee had assured me on my last visit. When I pointed out the store's mistake and asked for a resolution, Shawn responded in a raised and harsh tone, insisting that mistakes happen everywhere, even at Apple stores, and refusing to take responsibility.
To make matters worse, when I requested to speak with a manager to resolve the issue, Shawn informed me that the manager was not present and couldn't provide any information on when they would return. When I asked if the manager would be available the next day, Shawn curtly replied, "I can't give out an employee's schedule to you." This dismissive attitude and lack of respect throughout our conversation made it clear that customer service and accountability are not priorities at this location.
As a customer, I expect better communication and professionalism, especially when addressing mistakes made by the store. The way this situation was handled has left me feeling frustrated and undervalued. I hope Rogers takes steps to improve their customer service and ensure that future interactions are handled with more care and respect.

got a new iPhone , phone failed , other stopped responding to anything , i come back within the 15 days of returning and exchange , Shawn tells me , you have no insurance on this phone , so we can’t do anything , although i went to apple store and the ran diagnostics which showed that it is a faulty phone , and i even called customer service technicians on rogers , they told me go back to the store they will exchange the phone .

My week has been a living hell of issues.
All I did was ask for a SIM card and whatever he did my phone my daughters phone was cut off I got a 400$ bill and I spend 6 hours
Troubleshooting. Avoid like the plague.

The sellers helped in choosing and purchasing a phone. Service at the highest level. I didn't like the manager's behavior. In front of us, he asked the seller why she didn’t sell us insurance for the phone. If a client does not want a particular service, we do not need to impose it.

I have received great service from staff here since I became a Rogers customer but lately a stellar service from Rashmi, she explained things to me more than once, took the time to find the best options for me and gave me the best experience ever! Even though they were busy she never rushed me and made sure that I had all the information I needed. I left the shop super happy thanks to her.
